If you are IT literate - you might want to consider setting up an IT Training Business. Training people on the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Software Packages)To minimize costs, you will do the Training on site. E,g Training Centres or Organisations (that have training facilities for their staff) This significantly reduces set up costs. (No Training centre to rent, no computers to buy) There is still a big market for peole who are learning IT - Some just trying to get into jobs, some need refresher training.I set up a small IT Training Business years ago.Best Wishes
you have to get your priorities straight. you re asking for a business plan but you need to know what you re going to do before you have a business plan. a business plan -per say- is something that will take a few weeks or months to complete and typically isn t possible to write until you re somewhat up and running. at least a TRUE business plan.. there are smaller business plans that you write prior to that explaining how you re going to get to THAT point though. usually 1-3 pages..the best thing to do is to figure out what you re good at or what you can provide to people then check your competition in those areas and start a business doing that.. i ll warn you though. not everyone is cut out for being self employed. if you were someone who is, you d have been doing it already. for example i started my first business at 16 years old. don t let that discourage you though. the important thing is that you really study about what it takes to be in business for yourself and learn all of the things you have to know.... study study study
business plans are available all over the net aplenty, but what s of essence here is not the plan, rather the will to execute the plan, first shut ur mind to any all negative talk, telling you if u r the types who can be self employed or not, i ve been an entrepreneur all my life what i ve learned is that if u make up ur mind never to give up till u achieve what you want in life u achieve it despite all odds, that i say based on the odds i ve faced in my life, i shall not depict them here but i ll just summarize by saying they were insurmountable larger than life, if i can do it, any body can, most importantly what one man can do another can do, so do not fear of any thing, most of all making mistakes, mistakes are the stepping stones to success, if u r not making mistakes u r not headed in the right direction, getting up wearing ur gloves again is what separates you from the ones who also ran the race, but do not doubt even for a minute u cannot do it, do not get into very intricate planning just yet, just keep all ur plans short light, a thumb rule would be if it exceeds an A4 sheet its too detailed hence will be hard to implement, just do it
