Does anyone know how I can sell some really old records? -

I have some really old Christmas Records...like Bing Crosby old. I know their really old because they feel thick, not thin like the later records and they are in really good condition. some even have the original record jackets. I would like to know if they can be sold and who buys stuff like that.

home owners do all the time. you must do what the building department in the city where the work is done tell you the steps they want done and in what order. Many cities are different.

If your state requires you to be licensed then you ll have to provide that info when obtaining a permit for work. Usually work that requires an inspection requires a permit.

I doubt itthe homeowner can apply for the permit and pay for it and you don t have to include it in your contract

None. They should be submissive to all requests, especially sexual ones. This is why they are subordinates. Maybe try using a different position request. They may compromise on what sort of toys you wish to use, but generally speaking, the buck stops with the employer. You re paying them, so you own them for the time you are paying. Pretty simple really.

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

My wife works from home. She does claims processing for a large insurance company. She got the job because she used to work in-house. A lot of companies have off-site employees. It seems a little tricky to get the jobs for outsiders though as they seem to prefer people they already know, but it can be done.

I thinking about starting a business, I have no experience just initiative . I would prefer start my business alone but wonder if i would be better of with a partner as of my lack of experience and money. I went to a few websites that sell used books and textbooks. However, all of my books are no longer being sold (as they tell me) and none of these websites want to buy my books. Does anybody know a website that will literally sell all books no questions asked and scam free? I really need to get rid of these, and donating will be my last plan if all else fails.

You could try http://www.half.ebay.com/, or you can use http://bookscouter.com/. Book Scouter finds the website that will buy your book immediately at the highest price. I use both of these websites but I usually find that the websites through Book Scouter are only willing to pay about 1/2 of what you could get using half.com. Another way to sell books is at your college campus bookstore, just make sure that the books that you want to sell them are the ones that they are currently selling to students otherwise they will probably not take them. You could also post ads for your books around the campus (with permission from the college first). Good luck!
