Warehouse stores do this all the time to prevent abuse by people who intend to resell what they bought.If you mean that the store is advertising they only have a certain amount left ( Only six remaining ) then you d probably have to bug a lawyer about it. The store wouldn t give you their receipts, mostly because of privacy concerns, but also because such information can be used by their competitors, and also to prevent accusations of false advertising. it s better to go the post office and get it done right. you don t want your letter returned because of insufficient stamps.

You need an international stamp to mail things out of the country, so you should go to the post office and buy a few. You may be able to just put multiple regular stamps on it, but you should probably go the the post office, just to be sure.
