I am watching a few sidekick 3 s on ebay and the listings say they work fine but some have scratches and a few of them can not be returned.My question is if the item does not work can it be returned ? They say it works fine but has scratches so since they did not mention it is broken that would mean they were false advertising and it has something wrong with it that they did not mention right?

It varies from employer to employer. We used to reject long c.v s (more than two sides of A4 and badly spelled and puntuated letters. If you have a lot of replies, there have to be several ways of eliminating some. Eventually you arrive at the most likely candidates because they have the right qualifications and experience. If you have applied to a local authority, there will be a points system for answers given and if you have met all of the criteria, they will be forced to give an interview. It s supposed to be in the name of equal opportunities but from my experience usually leads to the wrong person being taken on.

Is there an organization, group, community human services, where a lot of employers gather for meetings, or the like, that I go and meet with them? where can I find employers that are or want to hire Babysitters, Housekeepers, Nanny, Elderly Care whether live-in or live-out? what are the best possible ways of finding this kind of employers? How and where to go to find employers that are or want to hire Security guards/offices, Drivers, Receptionist etc. Please do say craigslist, sittercity or any of the online website market because they all want you to apply online and their information is either inaccurate or incomplete, Like (they only write down their fax number and say please fax resume and they don t even reply back) and i don t understand what resume we should fax when the person want to work as a Driver or a Security; for example? all the poor guy needs is a Guard card.Please point me to the right direction, im in Los Angeles, and let me mention money is not a problem for anything that you might comment that will be the best way to get employer or as they call it employer contracts. I do not charge anything to the employer, we charge the client. the employer saves time, money by not doing any advertising and having an employee at his/her fingertips in a timely manner, and increases credit in recognition. Well right now, it seems like no one is hiring much of anything. I would say look for job fairs in your area. Bring a lot of business cards and fliers with what you are looking for. If you own a temp agency, you need to be walking into places that may need your help and let them know who you are and what you offer. I ve seen a lot of temp agencies in my area close up because there are no jobs right now.I wish you all the luck in finding more work for your people.

I think the company is correct to ask for a resume however simple because you are letting a stranger into your house or company. Would you allow a theft to guard your stock worth $1000 s or your house you ve worked so hard to build? I think a character/police reference is essential and maybe you should get the employee to pay for this as part of the cost.As for getting these people jobs, there are jobs wanted sections on 1000 s of websites, newspapers, word of mouth.

Hi!I clean small offices and was in a clients business in a shopping center when the window cleaner came by. He cleaned two large window and the door in about 5 minutes and charged $8.50. Not bad. And he didn t have much for equipment. You will probably need a business license and maybe a permit. You should get a little (the smallest amount) of liability insurance so you are protected from claims of damage or theft (I don t know if you are planning on doing residential or commercial).
