Hi!I clean small offices and was in a clients business in a shopping center when the window cleaner came by. He cleaned two large window and the door in about 5 minutes and charged $8.50. Not bad. And he didn t have much for equipment. You will probably need a business license and maybe a permit. You should get a little (the smallest amount) of liability insurance so you are protected from claims of damage or theft (I don t know if you are planning on doing residential or commercial).
