Buying an item off ebay? -

I am watching a few sidekick 3 s on ebay and the listings say they work fine but some have scratches and a few of them can not be returned.My question is if the item does not work can it be returned ? They say it works fine but has scratches so since they did not mention it is broken that would mean they were false advertising and it has something wrong with it that they did not mention right?

No they can t be returned if in doubt don t buy others and better will come up if your patient
