You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people
When I mail out books I just use parcel post paper with a piece of bubble wrap around the book. I find it s lighter that a box. But any box will do. There are no special boxes for media mail. I also use manilla envelopes for media.
as far as i know, they do not have a special box. you can put it in any kind of a box or envelope.i believe only the contents and weight are restricted with media mail.i sold a lot of books and things on ebay recently, shipped media mail, i used boxes i had lying around. post office clerk never said anything.you do have to remove or block out any old addresses or restricted material warnings on the old boxes.reuse an old bleach or ammo box without blocking the old warnings, and you will hear about it.
You can use any type of packaging you want for USPS Media Mail. That includes packaging paper (brown paper), padded or bubble envelopes, or a regular box.The only thing you can not use is pre-printed USPS boxes for another mail class such as Priority Mail or Express Mail.
First of all : It depend on many criteria s and things plus the most important thing (LUCK) ..1- What are your experiences ??.. do you have any kind of experience with any kind of job/ careers/ business ?? 2- What is your passion ?? (Yes it is important), at least you will actually love what you will do plus you will learn it and know about it easily and faster ..3- Investment now is a very hard decision.. Recession everywhere.. and alot of business closes and it is a real tough decision to open or start any business now.. Now practically ..4- 15 thousand is huge amount of money for small business .. (Never listen to all those who keep talking big about business and money needed (Most of really big guys started with amount less than that ..)..5- Don t think about anything big.. just think about something with wholesale (Less amount price you invest in ) .. like $1.00 average per piece (yes there is plenty).. 6- and it have to get 200-300% profitability at least .. Idea s ... cell phone accessories, women fashion accessories and jewelleries (I talk about cheap and affordable stuff).. Handbags and purses, sunglasses, etc.... All of those you can get a small kiosk in your mall or a high traffic area .. for less than $1000 rent.. So you still have $14000 left.. and your merchandise shouldn t exceed $5000.. so you will have about $8000-9000 as backup.... i m talking reality.. but first of all you have to think, and study your area/ town/ city as well for those stuff (and other stuff i didn t mention).. My advice go to your mall or the highest traffic area s in your city and start studying the customer s base.. and see for your self.. and never try to take any step now.. all rents now are much high and you will not have enough time to decide what is right for you..Good luck.. and keep it up..Source(s):Life .. degree, and business owner..

Hi, do you have a knowledge of Landlord Tenant Law? From next year, letting agencies will have to be licensed by the government, and as such you will have to know what you are doing.I suggest you look at http://www.nfopp.co.uk/qualifications/deYou will also want to join a trade association - ROSEMARY P is incorrect, it is not a legal requirement, but this will give you a distinct advantage in the marketplace - ARLA is the most well known respected. http://www.arla.co.uk/As others have suggested - a year or two working in the industry would be a very good start as without all the necessary knowledge you could end up causing legal problems for yourself or your landlords. You can find plenty of examples on Yahoo Answers of the problems/distress incompetent agents can cause.
Letting agents in the UK are now required to be members of ARLA - the Association of Residential Letting Agencies. Check their website for information to help you set up your business. As an agent you have to market yourself in two directions - one to owners of properties who would like you to let them and two to potential tenants. As the managing agent, you can be caught in the middle of disputes.Good luck!
The best way to learn the trade is to get a job as a trainee letting agent with a firm of estate agents. There is too much to learn and too many pitfalls to list here. You could also look at the website below for an idea of the letting side. There is no shortcut other than a quick route to disaster. You have to acquire the knowledge through learning and practise. If you make a c*ck up you will be on the wrong end of a law suit before you know it.
Our letting agents all have letters after their names, try looking them up to see what they are and how you to could study for them. Nobody would let you be their agent if you didn t know all the rules, regulations and the laws related to this business. The letters are: FNAEA (honoured) FARLA. MARLA.
