Yes if they are owned by the same company, which I m pretty sure they are, they will all go bankrupt. Remember Chapter 11 bankruptcy doesn t mean they are out of business, just that they must restructure. Regardless of what happens, it is already obvious that bondholders are about to trade debt for equity, which will happen regardless.The problem I see, is YRC has a huge network which is losing revenue and volume at a much faster pace than the rest of the industry. Most of the non union carriers are still profitable, and have lost much less revenue. YRC is losing so much volume so fast, it is going to be very difficult for them to right size the company to a profitable level. Especially with the long term union contracts I m sure they have. At the current level of revenue, they would probably have to get rid of 30%-40% of the company to be profitable. As they continue to get negative exposure and lose market share, it is going to be tough to get that back. Even in good times freight companies make very slim profit margins. YRC has got some serious problems in the near future.

All you have to do is what the contract says in terms of cancellation of contract. If the contract does not have any terms on how to handle a cancelled contract, you have to give all the money back. Next time, create a more detailed contract.

Ebay are a nightmare to contact. This is a power seller contact number, they may not speak to you but if you don t mention that your not a powerseller they might just help you. 020 8080 2103. They request your ebay username, date of birth etc then they ask you for your problem. They may well then go into the emails sent and received from the seller and you (if any) they then advise you on what to do next. The ideal thing to do is make a claim with ebay/paypal (same difference) and you will then have the chance to explain that the ghd s (STRAIGHTNERS- to people who clearly live in dark boxes!!) were fake. It is against policy to sell fake goods anyway. BUT all this is fine and dandy as you would clearly win the claim and be refunded your money without the sellers say, however you ve said it is past the time that this reaction would be valid. If you are 100% sure that this is not a possible routine then go ahead and ring them Mon- Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm. Is this a common thing with ebay sellers. To have their payment methods as paypal only and then have people winning an auction and asking to pay with bank deposit.
