What do i major in if i wanted to start up my own hvac business? -

what would be the best major for me if i wanted to start up my own hvac business? Some people say Business Administration or Business management and some say entrepreneurship and accounting. Which major do you think would help me the most? thank you for your answers.

If you do not have a background in the trades, I suggest mechanical engineering with a minor in business. If you do, then the most general business degree would be the best. You are going to want to pick up classes in accounting, human resources, marketing, financial management.

How to open my store on EBAY? -

I m trying to open a store but it s not seem to be working.I have accumulated 8 positive feedbacks. What are the conditions, I seem to be missing something.I have my business number and Tax paper in my hand if ebay needs em.Any wise ebayer out there can help me out?

I would recommend establishing yourself a bit more. You don t need to have any tax papers to open an ebay store. But you need to have 20 feedback or be ID verified(i think its $5)http://ebaysellerreview.blogspot.com/

Do you really need an eBay store? The pros:Lower insertion feesThe store sign might give some buyers a sense that you are a good sellerThe cons:Monthly feesHigher Final Value FeesLess visibility (store listings don t show up on search unless less 10 regular items are displayed, so don t expect nearly as many views)So, unless you have an inventory with 100 s of items that don t sell quickly (and even then I am not sure it would be a good idea), I strongly recommend against it. Ebay Stores was an idea that never really worked all that well. Then, they decided to lower insertion fees to $.35 for most regular items and now Ebay Stores is now superflous.

What do i do when i cant recover my for renting a business place? -

i rented a business place in march 2008 and left it in october 2008 and now i can t get back my deposit money what should i do?

If you had a lease, you will probably not get your deposit back. It has been applied to unpaid rent, and they may be coming after you for the rest unless they got another tenant or you had an early termination agreement with the landlord. If you were on a month-to-month lease, the deposit would have been used to repair any damages that were other than normal wear and tear. If they are not returning your deposit, you need to ask them for an accounting of what they spent and had fixed. If anything was due to normal wear and tear, they should not be allowed to deduct for that.If after all this you feel you are still owed money and they are refusing to pay, you can take them to small claims court.

tell me which bank you are ati had the same problem like ursmy account has in hsbc and they where not helpfulu need to be really tough on em
