I went to print another label but it said it was going to charge me for shipping again! So do I have to pay again for the label/shipping cost? Does it matter that I use the label from yesterday to ship the item today? What do I need to do?

You should print a new label, then cancel the first label and get a refund for it. Wherever possible you should not use an out of date label as the code box contains digitised information to allow the postal service to monitor your package.
