What are some challenges when starting up a business? Why? -

I m in the process of starting a business now, and the hardest thing for me is to make sure that I have everything done correctly pertaining to government filings and IRS forms. There isn t really any place you can go to find out exactly what you need to file with the government and IRS because it varies from state to state and even different cities have different laws about owning a business. You pretty much have to ask someone already in business in your area to help you.
