You should also consider wifi internet access. Many people go to such places for this sole reason. TV s are also a good idea. You can also use high-tech touch screen registers to increase proficiency. Proficiency means happy customers. happy customers means more money. More money means you more happy!

my partner wants to buy my half of the business (restaurant).the agreed price was 80 grands, with 20% down ($16,000) and the rest of it on installments of 40 payments ($1600) a month.do I need an attorney for the paperwork ?.can we get some form and have it notorized, and would it be legaly binding?. where would I get such forms?.any advise on how to go about the deal ?.

Do not take a chance this is business, you need to get a Lawyer and let him draw up the papers and then both of you sign them. Do not get any forms some of them are not even binding even when you have them notarized. It will be worth it to pay extra for a lawyer to get this done right for the both of you. You do not want to lose any money so get a Lawyer.

Have you looked at what kind of online business? Affiliate marketing? Online services? Its kind of hard to recommend a business if you are not sure. The only thing I can advise is to learn how to set up a website, learn how to look for the right business and how to market it first. Start with the basics then work from there. There are programs out there to help you set up a site and how to market it. The one I have is the tank method. Don t get me wrong, I still have a job and won t quit until I make enough money to cover my bills plus some. I actually found it through my uncle who deals with real estate and marketing. I m not having any luck...getting 0 results found for everything. I tried searching in Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer with the same. It s 5pm mountain time and it s been like this since noon. There search engine is obviously down. This is pretty lame failure on eBay s part, because today is the first time I ve logged on to eBay in over a year.
