Depending on the product or service you are planning on offering you can always have a site do a survey on your site. I recommend WEW Research because they can offer you a package that will send visitors to your site and you can even get a review about your consumers views on your site or product. Well it starts with a product or service that is top-notch quality. Do some research to see what the best-selling products or services are out there. Also, you would want to do a checklist of all the products or services which you would be interested in selling. Then you need to do further research to see if those particular products or services have a ready market (people who want to buy them). yes. It is better if u have knowledge regarding any kind of business u plan to get into. Or u must have someone who has expert knowledge so that u can get into business by employing that person and who will be with u as long as possible for u to learn from them. I would also suggest that u get in touch with people who actually run beauty parlour......i mean run and not work in , so that u will get to know what all u need to know. There are also a lot of companies who do business analysis whom u can approach before initiating. Those companies can give u an expert opinion on where to start and which way to go by studying ur competitors for u at a reasonable cost. Hope u don t find my suggestions way too ideal to be practical since u r a starter

Can i use photographs of home made disney cakes on my website? -

I am currently setting up my own a catering business and i hope to put some images of my products onto a website, however some of my products will include rice paper/ icing cake toppers with disney characters etc on them, am i breaking any copyright rules by displaying photographs that display these disney images?

Pure opinion on my part but I would say that you are fine. If you were selling the cake pans or overlays of the images then that would be a different story but just showing and selling the cakes should be fine. Also, if you bought the overlays then they would be covered under some copyright agreement between that company and Disney.Besides, if you re violating a copyright law, then about a million other people are doing exactly the same thing. Just do a google search for Disney character cakes and you ll see thousands of sites doing the same thing. Disney obviously doesn t sell cakes on the local level so I doubt that they care.
