Definitely do the obvious things like get licensed and trained to do day care. But then take care of the business side of things. Develop a business plan, research your local market (demand, pricing of similar services) model your actions after a successful operation . VERY IMPORTANT. This is the shortest way to achieve business growth. There s a ton of free resources available, but the value of them lies in peoples willingness to use those resources. If you follow those few steps I mentioned, you wont just do okay. you ll do GREAT. Have a prosperous venture.

We would charge a small entry fee of ��3 - ��5 and there would be a cash prize (��50 - ��100) and publication in the magazine. I have looked at the Gambling Act 2005 and it seems that because it is a skilled competition (i.e. not just a phone in type thing) we would not need a licence, but is there anything else we would need?
