Can I transfer money from my PayPal to an NRI account? -

Im partnering with my Sister-in-Law in India and we will be selling some items online...Digital Goods...to be exact. She will open the PayPal account since she has majority stake in it and she ll get it verified and all the things that are needed. Can I add my NRI/NRE bank account to the PayPal account so I can withdraw funds? Does PayPal care whether its a Indian Account or a NRI/NRE account? Can I withdraw partial money to my USA Bank account?thanksDevCompany

Just have her get 2 debit cards from paypal so you can directly get it out at a cash machine. I have one and it is sooooo much easier than having to wait on the bank verifications. No it doesn t matter if its in India or not because its World Wide, If it is a problem than you will have to get your own pay pal account and she can send you your part, the suckie part of that is the fee s that would come out on your end when she pays you. I think if she orders 2 cards and sends you the other that will work alot easier, but to have your own account you can have your own back up~ Click link and see. Good Lck

Running a Vet Office/Hospital..Becoming A Vet? -

It has always been my dream to Run a Vet Office or Hospital, But of course i want it to be successful. I am not a Vet but I am a vet/technician/assistant. I have considered going to school to be a vet, But was wondering if That would make my business more profitable, considering I want to be very involved in running my business. Also, any tips from people who have done this... Suggestions, things they had to learn the hard way, even simple money saving tips would be great, thanks and no negativity!

In many states you cannot own a veterinary practice unless you are a licensed veterinarian, so if you are intending to own a practice you need to check the laws in your state. You may be able to get around this by owning and providing the facilities and staff while a veterinarian actually owns the practice. But you would need to have the capital to purchase an appropriate building, diagnostic equipment, hospital cages, surgical equipment, exam room equipment, etc etc etc. If you simply want to get into a management position, you can go a couple of different routes--Certified Veterinary Practice Manager or a degree in veterinary technology that focuses on management. You say you are a veterinary technician/assistant, so I m assuming that you are not a credentialed veterinary technician. (There is a difference is those two titles) Therefore if you went the degree route (which I would say is actually the best option as a bachelors degree is going to look much better on your resume and give you other options for what to do while you look for that management position) you would need to enroll in an AVMA accredited veterinary technology degree program and earn you Associates degree and then work towards your bachelor s degree focusing on practice management. St. Petersburg College offers this bachelor s degree program and there is even a special scholarship for people who are following the management track. You can find information on it at their website: http://www.spcollege.edu/hec/vt/index.ht There are more than 20 colleges that offer a bachelor s degree program in veterinary technology, so you do have choices as to what college to attend. However, if you really aren t into the veterinary technology stuff this option really might not fit you.St. Petersburg veterinary technology website: http://www.spcollege.edu/hec/vt/index.htwww.avma.org/AVMA website with a list of all bachelors degree programs: http://www.avma.org/education/cvea/vetteThe Certified Veterinary Practice Manager s program is offered through the Veterinary Hospital Manager s Association. It requires that you currently be employed in a management position in a veterinary hospital and that you have 18 hours of college credits in management related topics and 48 hours of continuing education in hospital management related topics in order to apply. http://www.vhma.org/displaycommon.cfm?an

Can my boss make me do a job that I do not want to do? -

My boss is trying to put more work on me. He is wanting me to start doing quotes for people and that has always been the sales person s responsibility. I do not feel comfortable having to do this and it involves things beyond my knowledge.

Unless you are a Union member or have an employment contract that spells out your specific duties, they have every right to add additional responsibilities on you and they have every right to fire you if you don t comply.

Maybe you should explain to your boss that you will need him to train you in a few matters. The best thing you can do is quote a fair price, usually they will quote slightly higher because people like to feel like there getting a bargain and they will try to bring the price down, so if you don t want to loose money you need to know this. Oh and to the question about whether or not your boss can make you do jobs you don t like, (YES) that s why IST called work. Unless you are physically unable to do the work they can. If you have a mental handicap you need to prove it.

yeah, well, that s life - do the work or quit - your situation is very common anymore - ask for help in learning the areas you are unfamiliar with

I m afraid he can :/If he s your boss then you have to be as loyal as a dog or lose your job :/

yes he can dummy he is higher in the business ok dude
