My husband and I would like to know how we can our own auto detail shop? -

We have been talking about this for awhile but don t know how yo begin. Also how to get a loan to help us even though we have bad credit and what we ll need!

If you have bad credit, no one is going to give you a loan for a new, unproven business so get that out of your head. Your best bet would be to go about it like this:#1. Decide if you re really, really serious about this. Starting any new business is a huge investment in time, money, and sanity.#2. You ll need to get incorporated, and you ll need to get whatever types of licenses and insurance that is required for this type of work, meaning you ll need to consult with a lawyer, and you ll also need an accountant. #3. Since your credit bad, you wont be able to get a loan or a lease on commercial property. You ll need to figure out what kind of equipment you ll need, buy it in cash, and start your business out of your home. You WILL get customers by being able to undercut big name shops due to your lack of overhead. #4. You ll need to do some marketing. You should put up ads on craigslist, you should post like crazy on car forums, especially any kind of local forum you might have. It s all about visibility. You may also want to print up some lawn signs / magnetic stickers advertising discount detailing work... Put them on your cars, put them around town, get those signs up anywhere you can legally put them.#5. If you are incredibly lucky, you ll find some customers. If you do good work for them at low prices, they ll refer their friends. If you keep doing good work, you ll eventually start to cashflow. At this point, you ll be in a position to take your financials to a bank, show them that you re making money, and show them how you plan to make even more money by expanding.I hope this helps and wasn t too complicated, but starting your own business is no joke :P

I forgot to put my state to the seller on ebay, Will it be shipped to me? -

I put everything except the state and I don t know it it will get delivered to me, I also put the wrong zip code on another order will the items get received to me ?

The first one, as long as it has the correct zip code, will probably get to you with no problem.The second one will probably be shipped to the city and state whose zip code you put down. Once it gets to that post office, it s up to the postal employees there to either ship it right back to the sender, or to do the detective work required to figure out what correct zip code you meant to put down. Either one could happen. Try to be a little more careful in the future. I don t understand how it s possible to make mistakes like this when writing down your own home address.

ebay will provide the seller with the details registered with them. If they are different from the ones you gave the seller, you are likely to receive an email asking for clarification.

I want to start a recycling center in Eloy, AZ. We have several prisons in this area that contribute tons of garbage into our local landfills. We don t even have residential recycling! I have to drive about 15 miles to discard my recylables properly. HELP!!!

Ebay Fees for Canceled transaction...? -

hi, im selling my car, and a buyer won the bidding. Now he says he didnt realize the transmission was manual and he don t want it any more.As far as i now Ebay refunds Final value fee, if we both agree to cancel it, which is fine with me.But on his email he mentioned that he knows there are ebay fees for canceling the transaction, and he is willing to pay them via Pay pal I dont know what he is talking about.Do i have the right to charge him, for changing his mind. or is he just wrong?Thanks for your helpful answers!

I applaud your efforts to start an animal sanctuary. You will probably need to find multiple funding sources. If you haven t done so already, try to form a group of people in your community who share your concern for the animals to find volunteers to help you. Approach local service groups and businesses to see if they will help sponsor fundraisers. A shelter in my area has found a local restaurant that will donate a percentage of proceeds for a benefit dinner. If you can get donations from local businesses you could incorporate a silent auction. You might want to see if you can find someone who would be willing to take photos of the animals and create calendars and greeting cards that you could sell..Consider creating a website to announce your events and also to have affiliate links that sell animal related products that will pay you a precentage of the proceeds.
