You ll need to add up how many miles it will drive per day. Then estimate based on how much gas costs at that point. For example. It stops at 4 locations. Mapping the quickest route between them, add up how many miles driven.so if it drives 20 miles a day at 2.50 a gal. that s $50 a day. Does that help at all.

Im starting up a fake new business for my business Studies coursework and need help on the folowing things? -
Can someone please tell me businesses or company that are partnership? -
John Lewis, believe it or not, is a partnership and you can find out more on their website.
Solicitors are all partnerships. Just look through a few pages in Yellow Pages you will find several companies. Dental Doctors practices also work that way.
Can a jewelry store engrave lockets? -
Most should be able to. If they can t, they aren t a very good store lol.
You d have to look up the jewelry stores locally and see who does engrave and who is the highest rated. For one, it saves gas, and who isn t saving gas these days? Also, you can be sure you re going to the best jewelry store for engraving. I ve seen many in my area who do, but not every store does.
Some stores engrave by hand, and some by machine. If you want something machine engraved, try a keepsake type store in your local mall, or a store that does trophies. It can often be done while you wait.
Well Most do but if they don t then you should find another one.If they are a good quality jewlery store they will.
They can, but some stores won t engrave jewelry that you haven t bought there at that store.
How to make a proposal? -
A good proposal shows that you understand the project and can articulate exactly HOW you will bring value to it.First, study the project thoroughly and make sure you know what the client wants. Next, tailor your proposal to meeting those needs in a step-by-step, start-to-finish, manner. The client wants to feel comfortable knowing that you have the skills and experience to make their job easier at a price that makes them eager to hire you.Good Luck!
How much accounting do you have to know to run a small business? -
Everybody has to start somewhere, even if there is no previous experience. You need to know how to keep a correct checkbook, and successfully reconcile it each month. You need to know your products or services, and how to bill them out to your customers. Your taxing agencies will tell you what they require you to do. Basically keeping your books balanced and selling for a healthy profit is what you need to know. Otherwise, you need a good CPA to audit you regularly. Your CPA will be able to tutor you through a lot of it.Don t let fears of inexperience keep you from acting on your dreams.I started my business in 1987, and taught myself as I went. It s been challenging at times due to the changes in requirements from the taxing agencies. Once you know how to do it, things change, and you have to keep changing with it.Good Luck.

I want to start a business providing services for people before they die. a memories dvd production? -
I think that is a great idea! Good for you! Get your State business License, Your City license, and County if required in your area. I m assuming you will be traveling to their homes or nursing homes? You can call and see if there would be interest by talking the Nursing homes Staff and get permission to visit there. A lot of the elderly there wouldn t be able to travel, so I think this would be a wonderful chance for them to relive their memories! You can advertise on CL or Newspaper too. Or put a sign at the grocery store. Just be careful if you do go to homes and bring a friend with you, take precautions. Great idea and I hope you succeed!

Overtime, breaks, and Vacations? -
Sounds like you work for a crappy company. An employer can ask you to work as long as they feel, but they are required to increase your pay if you work more than 40 a week. You can deny the overtime since it was not what you had signed up for, but don t expect your manager to do you any favors afterwards. You are allowed one break a day, and that is lunch. Clearly bathroom privileges don t apply, take them as needed. If you need to get up and walk around or smoke a cigarette for 5 minutes, you will have to clear it with you manager.Lastly, if you are using company vacation time or paid time off, you have to clear the dates with your manager ahead of time. If you went ahead and bought tickets and then told him a few days before you left, that could be a problem. If you give your employer 2 weeks of notice before vacation leave, they shouldn t deny you unless everyone else in your office decided to request the same days off.
With most businesses all this is supposed to be laid out when you re hired or during your interview for the job (if there was an interview).Where overtime is concerned, unless you were advised in the beginning that there would be mandatory overtime, you re not required to do it, but you can be fired if your employer decides you re not enough of a team player because of this.In most states, mandatory breaks are at the discretion of the employer unless you re a member of a union and then your breaks are dictated by the contract the union has with the employer. With regard to vacation...that was your mistake. You never book travel before requesting vacation time from your employer. You can t just arbitrarily run off on vacation without giving your employer adequate notice, and depending on what the business is involved in, he can deny vacation if he feels your presence will be needed, except of course, again, you re a member of a union.
