Does anyone know of any good companies to buy Plus sized clothing from? -

In my store, I ve noticed lately that almost half of the women that come in can t find something to fit that they like. Most of the companies that I buy from have beautiful clothing, but it s all for women with very small frames, or it s something like a dashiki. I think it would be good for my store to have as many size options as possible. Plus I m tired of feeling badly whenever someone leaves feeling angry or insulted because I have nothing to fit them. The kind of clothing I m looking for is funky and offbeat. It s an old hippie store that s left over from the 60s, but at this point I m ready to throw in a few new things, so any ideas would be welcome.

You can find wholesale plus size clothing suppliers on-line, but you may need to buy more items than you want. Your best bet might be to go to some plus size clothing stores and check the labels to see who manufactures them. It s hard to be specific when you don t say how many a few means.

AlwaysForMe.com has a wholesale program for select boutiques worldwide. Take a look at their Always For Me label plus size swimsuits, cover ups, dresses, tunics and more ... email them for more info.

Does an artist require a business license if you are selling paintings on ebay or an online gallery? -

Does an artist require a business license if you are selling paintings on ebay, or an online gallery?I am a visual artist; I paint with pastels, and I want to sell my paintings and giclees in online galleries and on ebay. I am worried that if I make over a certain amount that I am required to have a business license or some other legal issue. I am also worried about how to keep my taxes affordable and legal.

Regardless of where you sell; if you buy/or make items to then sell for profit -then this makes you a Business. It s not the amount of money that you make (or lose in the first year of set up- in fact a good accountant can help you lose money so that you may actually have a tax rebate)its the fact that you will be trading and have taxes to pay (when you are actually in profit)A good accountant will advise you of your obligations and will more than save you what his yearly fees costAs a Business seller trading on the internet you need to be legally offering your buyers their rights under the distance selling regulations (google DSR regulations)On ebay you are required to register as a Business seller from day one, and with the tax man within 3 months Unsure if you are in UK; but you can finfd business info on many sites such as Business Link, HMRC (Customs and Taxes)

Wholesalers to use for Ebay? -

I have been searching around a bit and all I can find is crap. You have to pay for all these sites to try and get information. Any good wholesalers out there?

Wholesalers aren t stupid, they do know ebay exists. So the ones who advertise on the internet are not genuine wholesalers, they are the middle man, so you will never find products on the internet from one source, that you can sell at another source such as feebay. If you do find items cheap, the fees on ebay will certainly make it hard to make any kind of profit, or else the wholesalers you find on the internet would already be on there selling the items individually if it were possible to make more money that way. If you want genuine wholesale, you have to go to the source, the source that doesn t advertise on the internet, the source that doesn t know about ebay. I fly to Thailand, costs $1,000 roundtrip. If you re serious about wholesale, then that s what you would do. Go somewhere like that, visit the markets, and make connections. Then when you leave you can work with them and they can send you things on a regular basis. and p.s. ebay is a waste of time. Search for any item on there and go to advanced search. Click on completed listings only to see which items have sold and which ones haven t sold. Its much harder to sell on there now because they made changes last year that kicked lots of powersellers out, which caused lots of their pages to be delisted from google. It s better to just make your own website and use adwords to advertise it.

Who can give me any ideas on starting a business? -

First of all : It depend on many criteria s and things plus the most important thing (LUCK) ..1- What are your experiences ??.. do you have any kind of experience with any kind of job/ careers/ business ?? 2- What is your passion ?? (Yes it is important), at least you will actually love what you will do plus you will learn it and know about it easily and faster ..3- Investment now is a very hard decision.. Recession everywhere.. and alot of business closes and it is a real tough decision to open or start any business now.. Now practically ..4- 15 thousand is huge amount of money for small business .. (Never listen to all those who keep talking big about business and money needed (Most of really big guys started with amount less than that ..)..5- Don t think about anything big.. just think about something with wholesale (Less amount price you invest in ) .. like $1.00 average per piece (yes there is plenty).. 6- and it have to get 200-300% profitability at least .. Idea s ... cell phone accessories, women fashion accessories and jewelleries (I talk about cheap and affordable stuff).. Handbags and purses, sunglasses, etc.... All of those you can get a small kiosk in your mall or a high traffic area .. for less than $1000 rent.. So you still have $14000 left.. and your merchandise shouldn t exceed $5000.. so you will have about $8000-9000 as backup.... i m talking reality.. but first of all you have to think, and study your area/ town/ city as well for those stuff (and other stuff i didn t mention).. My advice go to your mall or the highest traffic area s in your city and start studying the customer s base.. and see for your self.. and never try to take any step now.. all rents now are much high and you will not have enough time to decide what is right for you..Good luck.. and keep it up..Source(s):Life .. degree, and business owner..

Im looking at starting a business on eBay but need a wholesalers? -

I m looking at starting a business on eBay selling Dragons like just the mini scooter kind but I need to find a wholesalers does anyone know any good wholesalers online or something like that so I can get started

Hi,i know this is not what your looking for but i am a designer clothing wholesaler.i sell armani, diesel and gstar all at very good prices.feel free to message me with any questions regarding wholesale you may have.for what you are looking for i would suggest using alibaba and sourcing from china.

Well, I don t have just what you need, but I suppose I can do better than that spammer. You ve just touched upon the most difficult part of eBay selling: sourcing. EBay is very much a discounter s market. Nobody wants to pay retail or even close. I used to do a lot of sourcing from liquidation auctions where I could occasionally get new merchandise for a dime on the dollar, but those days are fading fast. The best way to source wholesale is not through wholesale middlemen, who take too large a cut and are often unreliable. I believe the product your talking about is of Chinese origin. Your first place to check might be with the manufacturer in China. Sometimes a small timer can cut a very good deal directly that way, but you usually have to purchase a large number of units. What a lot of eBayers do is work out a drop-shipping arrangement. Again-- go to the manufacturer or distributor if possible. Don t deal with these outfits that promise to easily set you up in drop shipping. You ll probably make almost nothing, if that. There s no easy way to set up a purchasing arrangement other than to develop some business negotiation skills and talk to sales departments.Good luck.

You can find reliable wholesalers with salehoo.
