What is a great website to list and sell a coffee shop? -

I m considering selling my cool little coffee house because we just had a baby and my wife and I can t give the business the time it needs any longer. Anybody have any experience with online sites that offer services to sell a business? I ve seen numerous but want opinions from those better informed than me. I m located in Western North Carolina. Thank you.

Hi - You might try www.BusinessBroker.net -- this site allows you to post your own confidential business-for-sale advertisement. I work for the site and know that it has worked for others. Prices start at $99.95 for a 2-month listing. Selling a business can be tricky so if you feel like you need a professional reference for a business broker in your area - BusinessBroker.net also has a broker directory that can assist you in finding a broker. I hope this information is helpful and certainly wish you all the best in trying to find a good buyer for your coffee house!Best Wishes, Teresa G

Question about pamp;l account? -

do i put loan repayments, the monthly ones totalled up over the year, under overheads?

The Loan (principal) should be sitting as a credit balance in your Balance Sheet under liabilities. When you repay those monthly, you should be Debiting (reducing) the Liabilities. However, the Interest on the loan would be a Debit to the Interest Expense in your P LDr Loan liability 850Dr loan interest 150 Cr. Bank 1,000

Well those payments are certainly not part of the profit are they!!Where else would they go?

NEED HELP ON STARTING A SOFTWARE BUSINESS? -

hi everyonei need help on startingmy own software business, i have over 100 titles ready to go, but i was wondering if i coould sell them in wholesale to shops ? if so which ones and how do i get in contact to make a deal like that ?thanks alot guys

100 titles? Did you code them yourself? Each software can take months to create.. sometimes even years. What sort of titles are these? Games? Applications? Web-Applets/Flash?If you are merely re-selling software created by OTHER people, then its just standard sales. You can sell them anywhere you wish (your shop, car boots, mall shops, bazaars, etc). Ofcourse they should be legitimate/legal ones (not copies). Here are some forum links to private sales and distribution of games software:http://gmc.yoyogames.com/index.php?s=3690809d42e510454ddbff419c6b29ad showforum=13http://www.opserver.de/ubb7/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist Board=35 page=1

Are these softwares that you designed and developed? What type of softares are these - business or personal? Depending on the type, you can develop a targeted audience profile to figure out where and how to sell your wares.
