How much money do i need to open a restautant in china? -

Hello , I am looking to open a indian restaurant in china , may be in suzhou or hangzhou . so i would like to know how much money do i need to open the restaurant. approximately not exactly . and thank you for your time

go to site she suggested but its permit you have to worry about and you might have to get a partner in china to do this

first , you should have at least 100000RMB to open a foreign investment enterprise in China; second, you should make a plan to calculate how much money you ould need to operate a restauant in the first 6 months. you know, you will need 3 months to get all licenses for opeing this and other 1-3 month to mathch the market. If you want to open in Guangzhou, I can help that. My contact: mar06.assistant@yahoo.com.cn

Don t forget to budget in money for the millions of little fees you ll be paying to get through every level of bureaucracy. Also budget in a bit of bribing money as well.

Are paid surveys a scam? -

Hey guys ive just come across the concept of paid surveys and im wondering:Do you have to be 18+?How would i recieve payment? Is it a scam?Is it worth it?Can i do it in Austrlia?

many are scams... however, stackchange.com reviews legitimate surveys.. teens can do surveys and their are sites that cater to Australian residents

Hi Paid Surveys are not a scam. Its mostly market research. What it is, is just that the people that are calling you to do the survey they have a product that they want your opinion (the Consumer). THey want to know how you like there product and if there is anything about the product thatyou like or dont like. This is mainly for businesses who want to better there product. for example:McDonalds made a new burger called veggie delight. And they want to know what people will think of it. So what they will do is survey a certain amount of people and ask them a lot of questions about the Veggie Burger and to see if its a good idea to introduce it to the public. Also the great thing about all this is that they pay great for only a short period of time.so to answer your questions:You dont have to be 18+The way you would recieve payment depends on the company. 90% of the time they pay cash. But there are cases where they pay checks. There are some that are scams you have to be really careful.Yes it is worth it BIG TIME... easy money. Can I do it in Austalia??....Im not sure about that one.

Hey, many sites do not require you to be 18. You can receive payment through Paypal or have cheques mailed to you. There are many scams out there, but there are also legitimate sites as well. Just be sure to not give out your credit card information or pay to be a member of a site because those are common scams. I d say it s worth it if you have a lot of extra time on your hands, if not, then no, and yes you can do it in Australia, try Global Test Market.

I personally do survey sites and I DO get paid!! I really enjoy doing it too. You won t get rich, but you can make some good extra income. You have to know which sites are legit and which ones are scams. Here is a list of all the sites that I personally use:http://pages.suddenlink.net/legit-paid-surveys/

Take surveys online and get money? -

Is there a site that you take surveys and they send you money? from the ages 13 - 18 :) thanks !! ~~jess

not really. scavenging aluminum cans pays better.

Did you know that there are hundreds of companies out there who are willing to pay you for your thoughts, opinions and ideas about their products and services or their competitors ? This is a great way to earn some extra cash, work from home - in your pajamas literally - no need to spend $ on transportation, on your own schedule! The companies get their market research completed by way of people filling out surveys and participating in focus groups. These opinions from everyday people provide them with valuable information for their marketing and sales strategies. Just register your name on the site if you want to learn a little more. You will not be billed a thing just for entering your email address. I love doing surveys and this is a great way to find an exclusive membership to hundreds of companies all in one place that are looking for survey participants, and will pay me for my help! Click here to get started: http://e2009.expresspay.hop.clickbank.ne

Check this site out: https://www.OpinionOutpost.com/join.php?aid=af13928-18158 From my personal experience, they offer the most surveys and pay the best. There are no offers to fill out or any of that other garbage that could cost money. Just simply take surveys and get money for giving your opinion. Best part is its extremely easy to sign up and its completely FREE. So if you don t like it within the first couple of days, you ve lost nothing. So just give it a shot. Hope this helps you out Jess :]

I made $66 last year with this site - could have probably made more if I opened my emails from them more frequently! https://www.surveysavvy.com/ss/ss_index.php?id=1511090 action=join

If I want to open a restaurant, what should I major in? -

I m taking general ed at the time working on my AA.What are some possible majors that would help out if I were planning on opening a restauraunt in future?

Hotel and Restaurant management...

totally agree with KPN this is not the right time to open a restaurant... think of other recession proof and easy to manage.. read this blogs this might help you http://smallbusiness-help.blogspot.com/2009/09/recession-proof-business.html

The first thing is to understand business/accounting but if you want to be the cook then culinary school and making a name for yourself will allow you to own a restaurant too. You didn t say what you expect to be doing. Good luck

Business with a concentration in management. Also, Accounting would be a good major. Got to know how to manage your money to even think about succeeding.

Hospitality Business is the major that focuses on learning how to run retail based businesses like hotels, restaurants and resorts.Good luck.

Starvation......99% of all new restaurants fail.........you cannot compete with the big boys.........the economy is in the toilet........people don t have money to support your restaurant........sorry.....

business management would be a great idea

Im almost 14, would anyone hire me for babysitting? -

i live in australia and i turn 14 in 2 months. Would anyone hire for baby sitting? if so where should i advertise. Also im quite short and look like maybe a 12 year old so that doesnt help.

In addition to the other suggestions listed here you could also volunteer in a church s nursery during service or in a hospital nursery that has a rocking baby program. This will give you more experience as well as contact with the parents and professionals so you can establish a repoire and be able to use them as references with their permission. Also, check with your city or local hospital to see if they offer classes for child care training. And knowing infant/child CPR is definitely important. Good luck and have fun.

If im hnest no, i wouldnt anyway your only just old enough to look after your self properly and you shouldn t have the responsibility of a baby human being at a young age. Imagine if something happened wo the baby :/But, id suggest maybe you and you mum or dad/sister babysit for a family member or anyone first just so you get some experience. You may not even like the responsibility.Once you get some experience and know exactly what to do, people will trust you with their child more. this sounds kind of harsh but it is a big thing for parents to leave thier child for a few hours and they will want to know what type of person you are before they leave you in charge :)Also once yyou have experience you can put that on a poster :) aswel as a little bit about yourself, why you want to do babysitting etcYou can put a poster anywhere from shop windows, comunity centre(prob the best place due to all of the baby classes that happen there) erm, anywhere just ask around :)good luck with it all

build a good relationship with someone before you babysit

croaky ask your local neighbor hood mate

No. Too young. Do you know CPR?

How do I deal with an asshole manager? -

One of my shift managers is a complete asshole. He is rude, yells at everyone for nothing, and takes his anger out on his employees. He is one of those guys who thinks because he is a manager, he is earning the big bucks and is the big shot, but in reality he is earning next to nothing and gets chewed out by the district manager on a regular basis. In a few years, when I graduate from college, I will leave this job, but I still have to deal with this guy until then. I try avoiding him as much as possible, but he seems to work the same hours I do. I cannot change my hours (because of school). Would it be appropriate to tell him in a civil manner that I do not need to be yelled at for nothing? I do all my work, work hard, and even do more than is expected. I do not think I deserve this.

Many business have a phone number you can call to lodge a complaint against this type of abuse. The first thing you should do is keep a log of what he does to you and your fellow associates. You then should go to your HR manager or department and talk to them about the abuse you are receiving from this person. Hopefully HR will investigate the situation and deal with it.

Multi Million Dollar Business...where to hide the file that says how we manage our business step by step? -

My father is in his 50 s, and has worked within his own self built company his whole life. He s a stress a holic, and combined with his knowledge/experience, and an idea that I came up with, we created a business. My husband fine tuned the computer end, while my father works with the attorney and handles most of the finances, and I created the business, but using their expertise, we have created a multi million dollar business. It could not have been done without the three of us. We all work closely together on everything, and for 5 years have managed to not but heads. We travel a lot between the three of us. If something were to happen to my husband and I, my father would not know the first thing about our end of the work, to which took us 5 years to filter through. If something happened to my father, myself, and my husband, absolutely NO ONE would know how to begin, manage, or carry on what we do. Although it is all simple for the most part, we have not shared the details without anyone else. My mother (my dads wife) does not have the slightest clue/desire to see how things are ran. So its not that we dont involve her, my father just provides for their household. So I have written out how to do our business step by step. It kind of worries me, almost in a way, just having the information written down, and not just in our heads. So my question is, I kind of want to give my father a copy of this disc, that way in case something happened to us, he could have a computer literate person help him figure everything out (yes he s old school, he s never even used a computer, its not a stubborn thing he just doesnt have a need for them). I dont want our attorney to hold the disc because I dont want him to have access to it either.Any suggestions?? Should I give it to him on a disc, and have him hide it somewhere in his garage?? Hide it in my house and tell him where its at?? Also, I dont want it to look like I am some spoiled thing, I am not. I have worked for 6 years, with minimal pay, have gained over 150lbs, im having weight loss surgery because I spent so much computer time figuring out this business and getting it started, and my father has had a company, but it took so much money to run the business we never had anything extravagant growing up, just normal family style living. So finally during the last portion of his life things are looking up. We re actually just barely starting to see the cash come in, but I know from here its only going to skyrocket. Advice?? Thanks, (hope you re still awake after reading all of this)

You should consider safety deposit box but even this may have draw backs as to whose nameyou put it in if the holder of the box is the deceased then It may take a good while to retrievethe disc. With the information it contains I don t think it would be a good idea to store it in thegarage or around the house and it may accidentally get destroyed. Put it in someones namethat is a trusted family member. You were wise to write it down and hope all goes well - maybe someone will add suggestionsin addition.

how to hide anything.

Starting an online business? -

I am looking to start a tech support business that also sells little things like flash drives, wireless mouses, cables, etc. What steps do I need to take to legalize my business and get tax information and stuff. I am going to order my inventory via newegg business ( http://www.biz.newegg.com ). If anyone has any other ideas as where to purchase bulk inventory please let me know. Also any other ideas and tips are welcome. Thanks in advance for helping me start my business!!!

Your first going to have to register you fictitious name (the name of the company) with the state your business will be located out of, This is not expensive around fifty dollars. Then your probably going to want to either incorporate your business or establish it as an LLC (this is important to becoming an established company, it also helps in times of legal problems down the road) . You can either do this online at legalzoom.com or contact a local lawyer or accountant. its not cheap, this will run you just around five hundred dollars online and into the thousands with a local lawyer or accountant. Hope this helps some with the first steps toward your start up. Good luck! Nicholas Tabus, CFOABNT Investment Group

I need some good honest advice.? -

I am a photographer and I offer my clients a disc of images with copyright authorization to print images rather than offering prints. Now, when I do a portrait session I take many, many images to avoid blinking/odd expressions/photo error/people not looking at the camera/etc... from the images I take I select only the best images from the session and those are the only ones I give to the customer. I do all the editing/cropping/retouching/special effects to the images the customer receives and I try to give the most varitey of the images taken from the session to the customer. For example for a 1-hour session for say 3 people I take between 100-180 photos and the customer recieves anywhere from 15-50 images on the disc. Anyways the advice I need is to the following issue...Customers are ALWAYS coming back to me and saying I know you took many more photos than what was on the disc, Where are they, I want to see them! Well its very frustrating becuase I do not know what I should say/do about it. I do not want to give a customer images that are not up to my level of quality becuase I do not want to make a bad name for myself or my work. I do not want to give a customer images of test shots or un-focused/blurred images or any other images with technically problems. I would not want to give a customer a disc with a whole bunch of identically images and so on... But I also don t want to make a bad name for myself becuase people get upset that I don t give them what they want... To tell you the truth some people are very persistant and do not give up. What should I do and how should I handle this. Sometimes I tell the customers this before the shoot but that doesn t make a difference. I should also mention that I am not charging people top dollar for portraits, in fact I charge $25 for the session which includes the disc and image rights. So its even more frustrating when I have spent 2-3 hours from shoot to finish and the customer want more more more... Don t get me wrong I am excellent at what I do and I am a professional photographer so I hope you don t think I am offering crappy images cause I only charge $25. So please help me. I appreciate all advice from the consumer end and business end. Thanks!!

I undertand what you are saying, everyone wants to take pride in their work. Maybe you can consider this. What you consider top quality probably is because your the professional. However, customers love to have a choice as to what they want. You may want to consider selling them two discs. One is the photos you choose, the other is the rest of them. Charge them for the other disc, customers will pay for the choice. You may find by using the give them a choice approach you gain better relations with your customers which only helps your business.Label the disc you choose Photograhers suggested photos .Hope this helps you to come up with a plan.

ALSO I would simply TELL after THE shoot and when they come back to pick up thier disk that YOU took many photos to avoid the errors and gitches that happen and only develop the ones that came out with top quailty that the other photo s were either too dark blurred or just garbage to give them !PUT in Wrting and give it to them knowing they only GET waht YOU develop !ENDS your Problems and satisfies your customers request for stuff that isnt GOOD anyway !HEY for $25 i wouldnt bother to ask for junk pics !

How do i cash a Crossed postal order thats not in my name? -

Iv been sent a postal order by someone who i sold something to, but they ve put the wrong surname on the postal order and its crossed, so i can only cash it at the bank. but because the name on it isnt the same as the name my bank acount is in i cant cash it. is there anything i can do to get my money?

you need to send it back to buyer uncrossed ones can be cashed in post office if they still have recipet they can exchange it

Get the person to bring the postal order and the stub back to the post office, and a refund or replacement should be issued. There may be another fee for the new postal order, of course.

No. You will have to return it and get the customer to ask the issuing PO to change it to the correct name.A crossed PO can never be cashed, only banked and it has to be the correct details.

You will have to return it to the sender and ask them to send a replacement Postal Order
