I am in the process of opening a new small business in East Tennessee.? -

I had originally planned to operate it as sole proprietorship, because it was the easiest way to go. Now I am wondering if I should run it as an LLC or some other type of entity.

I would almost always recommend operating as an LLC. As a sole propreitorship, you are opening yourself up to unlimited liability. I work with entrepreneurs and investors exclusively on entity formation and asset protection strategies. If you need assistance, let me know.

Question about selling things on ebay (shipping)? -

say someone wins the auction and i get the email with there adress. i have a flat rate box from the post office. how to i print a shipping label? if i bring it to the post office will they do it for me?

You can print it on your own home printer, or you can just write the address on the box with a pen or a marker. There s no specific label that you *must* use.

Im starting an ebay shop what do i do to advertise? -

basically im waiting for some orders to come through.. then i will be starting an ebay shop selling tongue bars for 1.50 each! They are all brand new btw! So how can i spread the word around? because i have looked around on the internet and the cheapest one i can find is 1.99 - 2.99 ish, so i think i will have a good business, how can i advertise this little business when i start it up, thanks!!

Advertise in tattoo and peircing magazines/websites....posters/flyers the usual stuff really.

Don t open an ebay store.Just advertise a few using regular auctions. When I go into eBay right now and type tongue bar, I get 572 listings. *None* of these are from eBay stores as those *only* show up on a search if there are less than 30 hits from reguarly auctions. So if you had a store, you d pay $16 a month, place the auctions and get zero sales. If would be cheaper to pay for a listing that might actually get seen.

Write a blog about your ebay store and bookmark it in several locations like facebook, myspace, blogspot, Digg and other sites.

Which is the best site for earning? -

Can anyone suggest me some genuine web sites for online data entry? -

Firstly, I am looking for websites which provide free data entry job. In addition, I would like the sites who allows to do job from any part of the world. It would be nice if someone with practical experience with certain suchlike websites can guide me.

There are no sites that can make you money in any significant way.You really should go and review the many hundreds of questions asked in this forum - usually about 20 times a day - that ask for web sites to make money from. The scam answers have usually been reported by that time, so that only the wise answers remain to be read. Do this - it will be so much more clear for you.

I want to start making money with Clickbank, and other company and they recommend I get a tax id.? -

1.How does a solo tax id cost?2. Do I have to pay taxes if I make $5000 in one year?I m a full time student in college and my mother pay taxes.

For most people, your tax ID is your social security number. Use that. If you don t have one, go to the IRS website irs.gov and fill out the paperwork to get an ID.You probably do not need to pay tax if your total income is $5,000. But it is often smart to file a Form 1040 anyway. Then the IRS knows everything about you. And if there are any future rebates from the government, they know where to mail yours. When you receive income from some companies they want an IRS Form W-9. YOu can get them online. Easy to fill out.You won t have to pay tax on $1,000.

You get a tax ID by applying for one with the IRS. It is free. You do have to pay Federal income tax unfortunately, however it is only 10% if you make $5000 in a year. You pay it when you file your tax return by April 15.
