Starting an online business from home? -

What are the best ways to start an online business from home? What kinds of businesses are there? What are some rising markets that could I could get into? My goal is to make a 5 figure income from an online business. Is this too much to ask?

One online business you can start from home is Affiliate Marketing. Basically you would earn a commission on any products and services you sell online for various companies. If you have an interest in learning more check out my website below:http://RunYourOwnBusiness.webs.com/ Under the Book Reviews tab there will be a link for Affiliate Marketing. You won t get rich overnight but 5 figures in your 1st year is possible assuming you have the personality for online marketing and put forth the required effort initially to set everything up. If your personality is not geared towards Affiliate Marketing please sign up to be on my mailing list as I just created the site today and will be adding a good amount of content to the site over the days and weeks ahead. Find whatever fits your personality and the rest will follow. The trick is finding something you are passionate about. Hopefully my site helps, if not I wish you luck finding your niche.

There are hundreds of ways of making some handsome earning on the internet. Depending upon your interest, investment capacity: time money both. For a beginner it is always safe to test the waters with affiliate marketing. Here you don t have to invest in business, you just have to promote your merchant s products on commission basis. Its profitable to sell digital products/services(commission is as high as 75%) than to sell physical goods. And yes it is possible to earn 5 figure, even 6 figure income if you commit to eat with hardwork consistency.

You are not asking for much if you are really interested in developing your skills on daily basis. You can start setting up web sites for people without any technical skills. Check http://neond.com and click on Support and Video tutorials to learn things about setting up and managing a web site. You can buy enterprise hosting package on that site and set up 50 or more web sites on each acccount. You can charge each customer around $100 for your service. The extra charge you will incur on each customer will be the domain name of their web site.People who know nothing about web sites will need your services. If you are good at marketing this can be a good business. You can set up each web site on NeonD within few minutes using site studio provided to NeonD customers.

How can an acre of land produce $600 a month? -

Should it be rented, used to grow food? what type of land wood be good?

Are you asking if you could rent land from somebody and make money on it? Not likely, unless you want to set up a Christmas tree lot for a month or two. Now it is too late to even start such a business for this Christmas. If you are looking to be a landlord, you had better develop the land first. Only one acre is not much use to anybody, unless you can build a house or two on it. Even most shopping centers need at least 2 or 3 acres to develop and put in parking. You might be able to build a parking garage and make a profit, but the land would need to be in an urban center where there is little street parking. It really depends on where the land is. In urban areas, an undeveloped acre of land will bring big money $8000 to 20,000 in most places, closer to $40,000 in New York City. That is just a flat purchase price. Farm land can go from $1000 up to $100,000 per acre. The $100,000 per acre farm land is in Louisiana btw. The price varies due to the quality the soil.

Lawn business for sale...good deal? -

Here is an add for a lawn business I am looking into. I don t know a whole lot about what this kind of stuff goes for. Is this a good price for the equipment? Also, where can I find lawn businesses for sale online? And how much do lawns go for when they are sold?About fifteen residentials lawns Double axle mowing trailer, eighteen foot -One Scag walk behind 52 deck -One John Deere f525, 48 deck _One echo weed eater _ one husqavarna push mower

You can find lawn care businesses for sale on craigslist most likely. But the question you have to ask yourself is why? What does it take to make a few flyers and hand them out in your area. Start small with a push mower and see if you like doing it. You may but you might not and it s better taking small steps than handing over a lot of money to test it out.If you do decide to proceed with looking into buying this lawn care business there are a bunch of issues you need to consider. Here is one General rule of thumb for buying customers is that they are worth about 1 month revenue. I will list the source below, there are a lot more issues to read about.

the equipment is reasonable but the question remains, just cause he says there are 15 residentail lawns does not mean that all 15 will stay with you. most people who find that there lawn guy sells their business they go looking for other people, if you buy this lawn service you may find that all may stay with you or none may stay with you the customer has a choice to stay or find another. something to think about

What was the price?Consider how much new equipment costs and figure how much use the equipment has gone through. Have the machines inspected by a qualified mechanic. You do not want to waste money on junk. Forget the residential lawns. They might not sign a contract with you. In my opinion, the residential lawns are a null factor.
