How do you take over a niche market? -

I m looking for website sources on how to take over an already existing niche. If you have any evidence to your answer that would be great. I do not need examples (although using an example to explain yourself will come in handy).

I would simply recommend positioning yourself to be the authority in the niche. 1. Determine how big your focus is: the neighborhood? the city? the region? worldwide?2. Research your competitiors. What are they doing right? What could they be doing better? Talk to niche leaders who are outside of your target area, and see if they will answer some of your questions.3. Write a business plan outlining the process you plan to use to make yourself the top of the game. What is your competitive advantage?4. Take your business plan to mentors.
