Are there any real online work from home opportunities? -

Just as many as there are work from office opportunities . Or work from factory opportunities .Either you set something up of your own or keep on looking.

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

If you know correct work from home information and program, diet is easy. If you are really serious, you need to have fast work from home program that works for you. I recommend you my work from home program for you. I create very good income everyday and it is very fast. You can do it too. You can get more information at link below.

Would you ever want to work for Ameriplan? -

Im just wondering. I work with ameriplan and I love it! Just wondering your thoughts on it! If interested let me know!Have you worked for them.bad experience? For more details..email me :)

No, with the possibility of passage of some kind of health care reform, unless Ameriplan gets more into selling actual medical insurance, Ameriplan may not survive. If everyone has medical insurance there won t be much need to buy a service that gives discounts to people who pay for their own medical care.

No and don t believe the cut and paste spam of the poster above. It s a tough sell and not a good product.

You don t have to as most major cities have vocational colleges that have culinary training programs. However, if you are just starting in your career and you can get a degree from Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park or San Francisco you are going to earn more at least starting out. It is the best culinary school in the country. Here is their link: http://www.ciachef.edu/You might also try: http://www.chefs.edu/san-francisco/If you need to stay local try: http://www.chefva.com/orhttp://www.collegesurfing.com/blank/art_Both are in Virginia.Hope this helps!

Does claiming a quot;home officequot; require rezoning? -

I do independent contractor work for law firms (legal research, etc.). Per my accountant s instruction, I am trying to claim part of my residence as a home office, which, because I am renting, requires the homeowner s approval. However, the homeowner refuses to sign the city papers which would allow me to claim a home office where I live. He claims it would have negative tax implications for him (he did not explain), and it would require rezoning. Do either of these claims even make remote sense? I have never heard of rezoning merely for the purpose of establishing a home office (seems like that would defeat the purpose of calling it a home office ). I am not trying to run a business from home, per se. That is, I would not be accepting clients at my house, putting up signage, or anything of the sort. In truth, because I often telecommute, the purpose would be simply to claim my office furniture, mileage for my drives to my clients, etc., all which my accountant says is completely valid for tax purposes.Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Check out this IRS publication about taking a deduction for a home office. There is no mention of zoning requirements. Page 4 of the PDF gives you a simple break down of how to determine eligibility for the deduction.

You have to set up a separate room not your living room or bedroom, as your Home Office . You can claim expenses like furniture and computer etc. You can claim partial Electricity but not rental unless you have a registered business name, sole proprietorship, for your Contract work. Contract Workers are actually required to have a registered business name to make any sort of claims unless you only work for one company then that company is liable for insurance and union fees and salary. Of course, this differs from country to country.

He s a total moron. You don t need rezoning if you re not going to do the things you listed. In fact, your accountant sounds kind of iffy too. Where a home office is concerned, I thought that the only need you had to fulfill is the qualifications that the IRS sets forth. Check with them. There s a huge difference between setting up a home office and setting up a business in a residence. As long as you never have clients there then I don t get the problem.

If you know correct work from home info you can make money. I use the method at this site and I . make good income every months. It is very fast to make money. You can get my method that making me money at link below.

Whatever percentage you claim as a tax credit he will have to pay the tax on later when he sells the property. You are turning a portion of his property into commercial property by making the claim and altering his taxes as now the property is not strictly residential. You are trying to cause him financial hardship, you can t blame him for not signing. You might want to try a different accountant, most of that mileage is not a legal claim either, only the portion over 35 miles one way, or 70 miles per day can be claimed. Your clients have to be very far away in order to have any claims. As long as no clients visit your home and there are no signs regarding your business that can be seen by the public you do not require commerical zoning.

How do I determine what size and thickness of plastic bag I need? -

I have a small business that makes specialized frames that are 8 x 4 . The frames are heavy though - about 1 lb each. I need plastic bags to package them for shipping, but am unsure what size I need. How much larger do I need them? And how thick do they need to be?

Hi Julie ~ This is right up my alley. The thickness you ll need depends on whether the bag is going to actually support the weight of the frame or just serve as protection from dirt, dust and moisture. For the former you ll probably need a 3 mil. If the latter, then 1.25 mil or 1.5 mil should work just fine. The size bag you ll need can t be recommended without the third dimension of the frame. The thickness of your frame will take away from both the width and the length of the bag dimensions. If the frame is one inch thick, for example, then you ll need a minimum of 6 x 10 inch bag. If it s 2 inches, then a minimum of 7 x 11 (not likely to find that, so 7 x 12) would be needed. The examples I gave are allowing just enough to fold the bag over and possibly tape it closed. Anything extra that you might want in the way of length, i.e. to seal it or tie it closed, would need to be added accordingly.Your best bet is to write or call the experts at Discount Plastic Bags. Here s a sample link to one of their products: http://discountplasticbags.com/scripts/product-view-286.aspThey ll have the right answer for you.

PO Box question- how big a box do I need? -

I run a business from home which sometimes requires me to mail packages directly to clients. I am somewhat uncomfortable including my home address as the return address, and I was considering purchasing a PO box to use as my return address. The price goes up dramatically if you need a bigger PO box. If I purchase the smallest box and a package I ship gets returned, would the post office be able to receive it? I don t plan to have anything shipped to my PO box, but it would have to be able to receive returned mail and packages. Do I have to get a large box?

No, you can get a small box. If something is sent to you that won t fit in the box, the post office will put a slip in the box which you can use to pick up the package at the main desk (assuming it s during regular hours).

Many post offices now have reverse lockers. If you get a package too large for your box, they put it in the locker and put the key in your box. That way you can get the package after hours. If they don t have the lockers (or they are all full), they just leave you a note to come in when they are open.
