Schools hire their own people. Those people are state employees usually in a public school. As far as churches go, they usually have volunteers who are in the Police Dept or something to do their security and retail well that is a different story, you can try that out.I once worked for a large security company and they hired a lot of ex policemen for the administrative part and getting contracts.
