Is there a market for crepe restaurants/bars? -

Would you regularly visit a crepe restaurant if one were to open in your local town? I have an idea, after watching a television program for 2 men, who successfully opened a crepe restaurant. What do you think?

The location and customers who has money and open mind, and have money to try .. It will also depend on your budget, capital money , experience, and your service people ......
