You should call your local permits and license office and ask them. Some states require license and some don t.They can tell you what all you need.

Also stop by the health dept and see if you need to license your kitchen. In California this is a must for baked goods sold to the public.

yes paypal will solve your dispute and refund you. I even spent over $150 on an xbox 360 that broke within 24 hours. When I shipped it back for a refund, the company somehow never had gotten it. I wrote paypal about it, and it took about a month, but I did get an entire refund, shipping included!
