Teen business ideas??????????? -

I am a teen and want to start a small business. I don t have much time so manual labor is not an option. For example a gumball business strted by teens is in my town, where they put 5 gumball machines in restaurants, and donate 5% to charity.

Hi, I understand what you mean and with the economy now it is hard to find a job. I remember when I was a teen I always wanted to have my own money set aside or make mine. I started looking for small jobs but it dint get me any where so I came across a product that teaches how to make money online proven 100% as any other person I was skeptical so I did a bit of research cause I had a better edge of getting the right reviews and answers from the right places been a student taking Computer Science and can easily find my way around knowing if it was a scam. To my surprise it wasn t, it actually taught me a lot and made me a lot of money..lol, you dont have to worry about your skill level cause its taught step by step, you can literally make your first $36 following the video and I bet after 2 weeks you will be making at least $200 but trust me as always if you put in more time you will see the result. I highly recommend this product:http://ef965ji4lg0y2t6bomuny-t4h8.hop.clickbank.net/

What is it called when you work in a store and you reprice items when they go on sale? -

do you call it marking items down or repricing what is it called when items are on sale and you use a price gun to label them as the new price?

When I worked at Old Navy, we called it doing markdowns . I imagine each store has it s own lingo though.

I personally call it mark downs .The person doing this activity used to be called a Price Checker , but that was many years ago. lol

Opening a small cafe in the UK? -

Hi,I am thinking about starting a small cafe/coffee shop in my area, i have done plenty of research on demand, location etc and it seems it would be quite a good little business to start.I want to start it from scratch rather than buy an existing one, and im not keen on getting a leasehold or freehold. Is it possible to be able to rent an old shop with monthly rental etc on a fixed term contract? or are leaseholds/freeholds the only way? I understand that it is not the most secure way if the landlords decide to not renew contracts etc, but i believe if it is a success and i make payments on time and keep good relations i could rent it on a 2 yearly contract or such like. I only intend to run it for 4-5 years before emmigrating and feel it would be a great way to get lots of experience too. Plus when i emmigrate the shop will be in a good working condition so that the landlord could rent it out after i have left.I have seen some old closed down shops that have not been in use for the last 5-6 years, is it a good idea to contact the owners and discuss this with them? surely i could get a good deal as they would be making some income from renting it out rather than just leaving it standing empty and deteriorating.Any idea s on this? Have you done it this way yourself? Thanks

Not only is that type of shop lease attainable, in the US it is preferable. Merchants WANT long term leases at fixed prices. It helps with budgeting....
