I want to sell Avon but I dont know how to get started? -

Im 19 years old and I have one job already (housekeeping at a hospital).But I could use the extra money on the side.What are the pro and cons of this Avon sales rep thing and how can I get it started?

In your circle of friends there will be someone who sells Mary Kay, someone who sells Avon, and maybe someone who sells Pre-Paid Legal and maybe even someone who sells Amway/Quixtar.Ask around your friends because they have a vested interest in you and your future. They will introduce you to their upline and they, or their upline, will be able to answer all of your questions. It s not as high-pressure as Mary Kay or Amway but it s still not a bad side business.
