Does Theo Muran Model Competition have any connection to Barbizon School of Modeling? -

Why are all the models at the Theo Muran Modeling competition from the Barbazon school of modeling? Is Barbizon and Theo Muran Competition connected?

Barbizon is absolutely horrible. They re in with IMTA as well. All of those so called modeling schools are bad news. John Casablances and John Robert Powers is in on some of these too. Be careful of their claims. Janice Dickenson was asked about JRP as they had used her name as one of their success stories. She said, she went to JRP and it did nothing for her. She got into the industry o her wn NOT through them. Barbizon does that too.

Theo Muran and Barbazon appear to be the same company. Joanna,Could I suggest that it might be better to gain some business experience in running a business before you buy or lease a small business. Of course you may already have sufficient experience.What I would do is start a business where you can get all the help and training necessary in order for you to be successful. I am suggesting this as it can require a fairly large amount of input cash to get a business started and keep it running for the first few years.I have a business here in the UK which can work equally well in Ontario and which costs very little to start. To the best of my knowledge you can use anything as long as it is in what is known as the public domain. That might sound a bit complicated but the general rule of business is that you can not use work that belongs to someone else or is copywrite. You would need to check that out but my best guess would be that a Greek philosopher is likely to be in the public domain.If information is deemed to be in the public domain and therefore freely available - eg on a website, in a newspaper, magazine, phone directory or other freely available medium - you can replicate the information. For example, if you wish to have a list of eating places at your website, or a list of banks or chemists in your hotel bedrooms, you are allowed to take information which is published in say a telephone directory, newspaper, or other website, and reproduce it in an appropriate format.You are not allowed to replicate directly personal information (like the home address of a florist s proprietor) but you can replicate the publicly available information (like the contact details of the florist business, and the opening times, for example). Never publish obviously personal or sensitive data, irrespective of whether you found it in the public domain.
