Joanna,Could I suggest that it might be better to gain some business experience in running a business before you buy or lease a small business. Of course you may already have sufficient experience.What I would do is start a business where you can get all the help and training necessary in order for you to be successful. I am suggesting this as it can require a fairly large amount of input cash to get a business started and keep it running for the first few years.I have a business here in the UK which can work equally well in Ontario and which costs very little to start.
