I own a small business, so even if the banks give me a nice big loan? -

How can I just go ahead and hire more employees without more customers? I think Obama is missing the point. You could loan me a million dollars or two million dollars and I would not hire anybody until I get more customers! If I hire more people, even with a big loan, it would just put me in debt. What the heck?

You need a plan.Part of the loan money would go to a advertising campaign for your shop. As that was working, you would order inventory (takes a while to get there). And I would be training people, so you had experienced staff on hand to sell the just arrived merchandise to the customer driven to your store by the advertising you did. That would be my plan.

When would I have to get a business license? -

If I were to create a small busines. There will be two scenarios. We d like to make a clothing line, with our own brand name. But at the same time we d like to create a small local business of making shirts for large groups. etc. Like a small tshirt design company. It s just going to be out of basement company. Probably not going to be large enough to turn a big enough profit to pay for an office space. My question is when would I have to get a business license? Is there a certain profit margin that I would have to meet or what?

Most towns require an occupation license for any business. Since, you will have to collect sales tax they will find out about you when you apply for a sales tax number and account.

you better check with local zoning to see if you are even allowed to operate a business like that in your basement you would a business license for your proposed business, or you won t be able to get anything wholesale - state sales tax license and sales tax exemption certificates also

Assuming you are in the United States. You should register your business as soon as possible. You can chose to run it under your own name and SS number for a while if you chose but ultimately will want to change that over to an LLC or Corp. Probably an LLC will be most effective for you. It is quite easy to do and you can probably do it yourself online. You do need to register for a federal identification number then. Look, there is no certain profit margin that dictates when you have to do it but certainly you don t want the feds finding out that you didn t do it. If you run for a while under your own social security number, I would suggest going to your local county building and registering a d/b/a, which is doing business as and give yourself a company name. Before too long, you may want to trademark your brand name and logo. If you become popular (as I am sure you hope to), you don t want someone stealing your ideas. In that arena, it is literally first come, first serve. So, even if you have been using your brand for years and didn t trademark it - anyone can take over the rights to the brand name just by registering it.Good luck in your new venture!!www.trysomethingobvious.com

Best Translator for a business? -

I have a small business for legal papers and i m also planning on doing translations for spanish people that wanna translate immigration papers etc, what is the best translator for purchase for doing something like that, thanks

I m not sure a translation program will do the job for you unless you have someone who is bilingual go over each document and correct it after your translator has slaughtered it. It might just be simpler, easier and better to hire someone to do the translations for you. Hope this doesn t discourage you too much, but there are just too many variables for a translator (software program) to do adequately.

Just send me I will happy to translate for u ! See how much cents you can offer me per word ! email : www.jonathankmc@hotmail.com

Going into the music business need help!? -

am starting a record company with a business partner, and in all actuality he is providing most of the monetary support for our work. I on the other hand create 90% of the music we put out and am the creative force behind our projects. I am in the process of coming up with my end of our deal as business partners (i.e. % of the company, what i would want in the event we liquidate etc etc) now my question is how do i make it so that in the unfortunate event of us liquidating the company, do i keep rights to the my created work and still maintain full usuage of the music, i.e. performing selling or distribution thereof the work? and also if there are any recommendations or advice someone can lend me for my situation. my biggest concern is his advantage of having more money than myself. any advice will help.

If you were in the same boat and all of a sudden your hard earned cash was liquidated and the guy walks away with the assets of the business I do not think you would be very happyMoney is king in this economy so split everything 50 / 50 You would not be able to start the business without his supportYou also need to put a value on your time was sweat equity so there s no arguments later to say we did not contributePut into the contract how many unpaid hours you are putting in each month to equal his cash contributionYour input into the business must equal or be more than the money he is putting upwrite down all the what ifs and have an exit strategyput into the contract it is a difficult trading economy and that if it does sour it will not harm your business relationshipwrite good and bad things down that you would be unhappy with and ask him to do the samethis way everything is in the open before you start when you can still discuss things openly

I hate to break it to you but when someone invests in a start up company of any kind the one who puts more cash in usually winds up retaining more ownership in the event of the company folding or liquidating. You should spend the money on an attorney to set this up for you. If this is a company set up where your partner is hoping to participate in the publishing as well as the masters then you should look into making a time limit on his participation rather than co-ownership in perpetuity. Seriously though - spend the money - hire an entertainment lawyer with music business experience.

Im going to start stripping, I need some advice? -

I m going to start auditioning to strip. Does anyone have some good advice for my first audition? I have my own pole at home and am going to start practicing on it a bit before I audition, anything I should know for my first dance? Maybe a little routine? Any advice helps at this point. Thanks ;)

http://ezinearticles.com/?id=2192645The most common stripper FAQ or frequently asked questions I get asked by the girls are as follows. The questions are totally different for girls in the industry already and girls who are completely new and don t even know where to begin.New or beginner Stripper FAQWhere do I start? You would start by considering how prudish you are. Can you actually imagine yourself talking to guys mainly and then removing your clothes. If you are painfully shy then this is not for you unless you can get over your shyness. Also you will have to feel confident in your body, this is a little tougher, but I assure you, does come with practice. We all have our insecurities and foibles with our bodies...even Elle MacPhearson who is called the body because she is deemed perfect . Accept yourself as you are, but make sure you are as toned as you can beDo I have to be skinny? No you do not have to be skinny, In fact in most clubs there are girls of all sizes and shapes, small and large body parts. It is very important as I have already said that you have to be toned. Some clubs have different standards so if you are not accepted in one try another. Also if you are toned, you will feel confident removing your clothes.Which club should I work In?This is a personal preference and all clubs are different. It is usually just as easy to leave a club as it is to join one, so don t worry if you have chosen a club where you do not feel good. Make sure that the club you choose has morals and club rules which protect you, and keep up standardsThere are many things that will seem daunting at first, I can teach you everything you need to know from scratch as I have taught over 200 girls already. I have known many strippers in my time, and believe me if there is another way to make $ you should consider it. A stripper s life is not a pleasant one. Many club owners are complete pigs. Customers are constantly trying to get you to sleep with them. There is a lot of drug abuse. In general, it is NOT a good scene. This is why most intelligent women who try it get away from the business very fast. Talk to a few experienced strippers or ex-strippers about what it is really like before you make a big mistake. However, if you do decide to go to work in this field, ask around and find a club who has a very understanding and friendly owner. Make sure the bounce staff there enforces the no touch policies. And don t befriend any co-workers. Most of them have extremely complex life problems. As for a routine , just watch a few good dance videos, and practice in front of a mirror. Britney Spears and Lady Gaga are good videos to watch. And never ever ever date the cab drivers.

I lost my job 8 months ago, but I ve finally found something I can do in my free time to make some exta money to help make ends meet. By no means am I making as much as my previous job, but every penny helps. Try it yourself. http://www.americastopchoice.com/Work-At

practice always makes perfect. Perhaps go to a club which has an amateur night to try out your skills there and get critiques after the dance.

If you have just a bank card is that enough for an ebay account or do you need a credit card? -

A bank card is good enough for Ebay, yes.

If you mean a Paypal account, you need a debit card, credit card, or bank account to go with it.
