Do you think this would be a good process for selling on ebay? -

i was thinking of posting a picture and listing the add on ebay, then when i received the payment through paypal, i d purchase the bag from a wholesale website..after i received the bag, i d ship it to the ebay costumer..would that be possible?

Possible? YESBut consider1. eBay doesn t like people selling what they don t have in hand, so it s better to buy it upfront first2. If you can t deliver in time, customers will be unhappy, and that can hurt future businessTherefore, as an eBay salesman, I recommend you think about worst case scenarios, and be careful, especially if you re new to the game. There s another option too, called drop shipping, which means you pay the supplier, and they send it to the buyer, you collect the difference, this depends on how much work your supplier is willing to do for you (and generally means less profit for you)

Do you think companies would donate to a school fundraiser.? -

For a school fundraiser, do you think any popular companies would either donate a product for say raffling off, or possibly a lot of coupons that we can give out if we ask for a donation? If so what companies? We ve already gotten donations from local businesses so we can t do that

Try contacting small home-based businesses. Many of these people are independent distributors who market great products for large companies and are often willing to donate to help publicize their business. Some examples: Avon, Tupperware, Mary Kay, Mia Bella Candles, Arbonne, Cookie Lee Jewelry, Stampin Up, Usborne Books, etc.

Local businesses are the easiest to deal with because you can usually speak directly to the person responsible for making these types of decisions. So you ve already asked every single business in town? If not, continue to ask the one s you haven t already visited. If you re talking about larger company donations, your work is going to be much more difficult. You may have to go through layers of management until you find someone to make a decision. I would stay away from large (i.e. national or international companies) and stick to the businesses that are in your hometown.

Try small local businesses, especially ones that might be owned by students parents. They ll probably be glad to do it. Offer to let them put up a sign or banner at the raffle ticket booth.Good luck!

Try some of the larger companies that operate in your area like your electric or gas company or telephone cable companies. If Coke or Pepsi have distribution rights in your school, try them. Target and other big retailers are pretty generous, if you have a stores near you. Good luck.

Sure! It would be to a companies benefit as they may be able to write it off as Charitable Contribution (In some cases)

How can I manage someone out when they are not qualified for the position and actually doubling your workload? -

Our Department is only three people and I am in the middle of the hierarchy, My boss promised me we would discipline her today - 2 weeks ago. And he keeps avoiding the situation. He told me not to let up on her errors and to follow up on everything. So how can I help her help herself and the company and move along....

Have you taken the time to ask her if she needs training on the equipment or help performing her duties? Find out where she is making mistakes and show her how to avoid the problems. I know this will cut into the time you have to perform your duties, but it will speed up the overall speed in the department. This type of solution may even improve your chances for promotion. If she is unwilling to learn how to do the job, she should be removed from the situation. If you are in an At Will state, the boss can fire her without grounds. This might sound harsh, but in the long run, it could be best for all parties involved.

It s heartless, but you work in a business, not in a halfway home. The best wake-up call to her would be a dismissal.Until then, observe and report.

What is the best major for learning how to open your own small business or company? -

Im really confused because business administration and management look the same to me. Is there a difference in the classes you take for each or why are they in different categories. Small business administration or management, is there a major where I will also be taking accounting, human resource management

You do not need a major open a business or even run it, but it will save alot of trials and errors by obtaining an education on how to run a business, but opening a business is easy so long you have the capital to start one.The Majors are usually B.S in management, entrepeneurship, and Corporation. But you would need a service to earn money from the business. Basically you going to need 2 degrees or long nights learning to play the game. I have a partnership with my family and we run a logistics business and I m the only one with the degree in Logistics. I use to drive trucks during college to pay off bills but I fell in love with Logistics itself so I major d in it.

What is an annual report for a LLC? -

Is it the same thing as taxes?? What is the fee for? Thanks!

It s to inform the state that the LLC is alive and kicking, and that all current officers and such are still there (or inform them of any changes). If you don t do that, your LLC may be declared invalid if something happens.EDIT: actual report date depends on state law.

How much will print screening T Shirts cost? -

Like what are typical costs for equipment and how much does printing the T Shirts cost? Can t find this on the Internet, thanks.

Check ebay and craigslist to see what the equipment is selling for.It depends on how many stations (number of shirts) and colors you want to be able to do.Expect to spend probably about $1000 - $2000 to get anything close to equipment you can use to make shirts good enough to resell.Throw in another $500 - $1000 for a heat press or more for a belt dryer .Then you have to find a place to set it up for operation, might have to rent some warehouse or office space. Then inks, screens and the chemicals and equipment needed to make the screens. Probably at least another $500 - $1000.They you need to decide if you want to keep a stock of shirts on hand to get a better bulk price, or smaller more expensive orders of just enough to fill an order when you get it. Probably have to order about $500 worth of shirts to get a decent case pricing. There are 72 shirts to a case. If you want a case of S, M, L, and XL you are looking at 288 shirts by about $1.75 each when you include shipping. XXL and XXXL are more expensive. And those are just for white shirts. If you want colored shirts also you need a case of each of those. You can order shirts by just the dozen instead of whole cases, but they will have a higher each price. You also need to find/pay storage space for all of these, and probably racks. Then, the most expensive thing, you have to advertise either your shirt printing service or your shirts (or both).Do you need to pay someone to build a website for your new business? Someone to design the shirts? If you can get past all that, Have Fun!!!If you just want to get some shirts printed Check out 10ShirtsFor99.com They do FULL COLOR printing on the front, back, sides and sleeves with NO SCREEN CHARGE. They have lots of options and upgrades. Including an option for 1 shirt. There is even an option to get the 1 shirt free. http://www.10ShirtsFor99.com They also do single shirt drop-shipping at http://www.PrintOnDemandShirts.com(Yeah, they are my sites)

You would probably have to call around everyone has different prices.
