I have many crates of items that would be perfect for sale in places such in africa, who can i go through? -

I assume you mean second hand goods == I suggest you donate everything to a Charity (your shipping costs will exceed anything people in 3rd world can afford to pay)

There is a website that people in South Africa (still Africa) go on to sell such things. It s called gumtree. Just type it in Google. It s similiar to a classified ad.

HOW DO I START MY OWN T SHIRT COMPANY? -

Id like to use my own art work and have them copy rights to all my art work on the shirts

No offence, but the fact that you had to ask this question shows that you aren t capable of doing it yourself. I don t know how old you are, but you should have at least taken some high school computer/business courses. Otherwise you ll have no idea what to do or what any of the businessworld jargon means.

Check ebay and etsy. Maybe you start small by buying blank t-shirts and silk printing it yourself, then sell it on ebay or etsy. Good Luck.Yesterday I read an article about someone start his biz by selling coin on ebay, now his biz worth 5 million.

You might try cafe express. You use their site to put your art on t-shirts. They give you a store front. That is about all I know about it.

Business Major Help...? -

Okay So I want to open up my own business when I graduate. My school offers an Entrepreneurship Certificate, but not as a major. What should I major in so I know I will be qualified?I am not exactly sure what kind of business I want to open. Here are a few of the business majors offered: Business Administration, Business Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, etc. Thanks for any Advice!

The entrepreneurship cert isn t really important since you ll be working for urself, with no boss to review ur qualifications. The important thing is that u decide what kind of industry ur inclined to work in.(i.e. Business Admin-upper/middle management position in an established businessBusiness Management-more of an HR position u d be managing your employees and making sure everyone is working well together, once again this is usually in an established business/corp.Hospitality and Tourism Management-ensuring that your customers are satisfied, as in a hotel or services industry.)My advice is that u d be better off pursuing Bus. Mgmt or Hos. TM. A warning though, Bus. Mgmt tends to focus on HR...meaning it won t teach you the monetary skills that u ll need (fortunately these are usually req d for any business major).Hos. TM may propel you towards a seasonal industry as ppl prefer to travel in the summer months, but making sure the customer is happy is a big part of business, and if u want to open a hotel or a business that focuses on the customer, I would definitely consider this.It would be a good idea to hedge ur education tho. So that once u start your own business and discover its not for u, u have the ability to fall back on what you learned and take a 9-5 job to put yourself in a more secure environment.I hope this helped and good luck finding what you want to do.

I also intend on opening my own business shortly after graduation. I am an accounting major, and am currently getting my masters degree (1 additional year on top of undergrad). I personally feel that accounting or finance are your best options. Accounting would be my number one suggestion because it gives you an understanding of the big picture. I interned this past summer with Northwestern Mutual selling life insurance to get some sales experience. I feel like if I am able to keep the books and i know how to sell a product, all I really need to do is get some capital and figure out my niche. Finance would be my second choice, and third would be economics.Hope that helps.

Obviously a major related to your start-up s industry would be preferred, but not essential. Get a degree in something you enjoy, anything in the school of business will include basic courses in finance, marketing, business law, etc. Also, why wait until you are out of school to start a business? I started Bone in a Basket a year ago and I am still in school. I think it was one of the best things I have ever done. Nothing beats hands-on real-world experience for learning, I think it makes my classes easier. I started with absolute minimal capital, don t let the business grow to fast (school first), and I think it looks really good on my Resume.Just be sure to cover all your legal bases, get business permits/licenses for your state, county, and city, and don t forget to fill out all the tax forms. There is lots of help online for starting a small business.

Where can i get the unadjusted balance per book if it isnt given in the problem? pls reply soon as possible? -

thanks...e-mail me at cheenpink@yahoo.com

You re not going to find it on the internet, that s for sure. Perhaps the unadjusted trial balance data is given in the problem just before the one you are trying to answer in your textbook.

Is it illegal to sell products from which you brought to a regular price and sell it to my own online shop? -

On my online shop is not the same price that i bought to a original price, i doubled up the amount.

No it is not. Many people buy things at retail to sell on ebay.

it depends on the products to be sold... in some countries, you can not sell certain items at a higher price such as Gas or Sugar ... but as general rule, you are allowed to have as much profit as you want...

no, if selling things for a profit were agaisnt the law then the stock market people would all be in jail.

How do I get more jobs for my construction comany? -

I own Gianino Contracting llc. I will do anything to get more business. I live in St. louis missouri. I bid on all work big and small. If anyone has any ideas on promoting my company on a very tight budget I would very much appreciate the input

My husband runs a landscaping business and he gets a lot of new clients just by talking about his business with everybody. He s gotten new jobs at birthday parties and church etc. Don t be afraid to let people know about your business and ask if they need any work done. Also, craigslist often has people looking for work done in the jobs section and the small gigs section. Another way my husband gets clients is by word of mouth. If you can just get one new client, the person may refer you to a friend...that friend may refer you to another person...and so on.

i need to know what is in your biz plan; if you want me to reviewit as a gift, I will.I am guessing you mean you build or remodel houses.email me and I will guide you towards growth

try putting a add on kijji. Its free!

Working for pro-build and try to survive? -

I work for a Pro-Build as a self employed true somebody .The guy I work for he is telling us that pro-build cut the prices , and we are making a lot ,lot less , i just want to know what are the standard or minimum pay for people like us , because right know we are making about 0.25 cents per L/F and some of us are on the edge of bankruptcy,is there a way to find out what s the state minimum pay ?

If you are an independent contractor there is no minimum wage. If you work for somebody else no matter how he pays you it has to meet or exceed the state minimum wage. You should be able to find that hourly amount on your state web site.Good LuckJim

Work from home jobs? help please.? -

Does anybody know of any that are legitimate? Every one I have come across so far has been a scam. Online survey sites are okay as well. Except for the cashcrate which I will NEVER sign up for again. They call you all the time.

They are all scams and the reason you only see 2 answers is that all scam answers are being reported by other accounts and they get thrown out before you can see them. That is how it works.... if it is scam it gets reported and questions like yours... attract them like flies..congratulations you will now see 3 answers that tell you the same thing.....

Online surveys are OK but they do take a fair amount of time and don t pay that much even tough they say it only take 5 minutes it is usually much longer. Right now DO NOT EVER sign up for these that want you to process payments for you that you will keep a certain percentage, people are getting burned. With this question you are going to be bombarded with information from everyone on this they will be cutting and pasting sites for you to visit and sign up. I could personally give you a few but it would be good for you to determine what will fit for you and your personality. So many of them want you to provide them a list of all your family, friends, neighbors, associates, etc. but most of us don t like intruding on our family, friends, etc. to make money off them. With most of them you make more money by signing up someone who is supposed to sign up others than you do with selling a product or service. If this is for you then go ahead cautiously. Good luck

For the 5000th time this week there are NO legit work from home jobs.

Hii Friends, i m in a problem, as I ve recently joined as a production manager in a small unit of textile manufacturing, and have found that the productivity is very low.As the purchase manager says that his dept. is not well informed abt the status of raw materials to allow it to obtain the goods in time. Also production delays has caused too much stock-outs in past, and this happens due to too much pressure to reduce inventory asa means of decreasing manufacturing cost. The supervisor of quality control says they wont have enough inspector to ensure that the quality standards of raw matrials and finished goods have been met.The warehouse manager says he lacks enogh stock clerks to manage the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.Shop-floor supervisor says there are too many breakdowns in equipment which causes delayFinance manager says that too much money is being tied up in inventory and these high inventory causes highe taxes that must be paid to the local community. Finally in a meeting with my superiors, I am asked to sort out this problem using new technologies and softwares to keep track of inventory. How old do you have to be to start an online business through your personal website? -

? I am 15 years old and want to start my own online business to make money for college. I would like to use the drop shipping method and have the items go through my own website and not Ebay. Is this possible for someone my age? My parents would support me and I would use their credit card, which I am already using for my Pay Pal account. But I need to know if this is legal. If not can I still sell through Ebay? Thanks!

I don t see why you can t do this if you re under your parents name. If you have an ebay account up and it s working, you can start selling! Just make sure you keep your mom and dad up to date on what you re doing.

How does the Government encourage entrepreneurism? -

this government doesnt... it promotes the lazy *** people sitting at home on there couch...im assuming you mean america by the way

Hi Chubb,Thats a difficult question to answer C in short there are lots of resources available to encourage small entrepreneurial businesses, although the reality is that many of the Governments initiatives to support these sorts of companies have not provided the support they promised. The Business Link Service provides a search tool to help identify the grants and support available for small businesses, from Government services to banks and charities. This can be found here: http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/gsdChoosePurpose?r.lc=enEntrepreneurs in the UK often find that private investment provides greater support, so it might be worth considering contacting local angel investors (wealthy people who might provide investment support for your business) an example of service helping entrepreneurs find investment is Angels Den: http://www.angelsden.co.uk/ I hope that helps!Steve

The govt. encourages entrepreneurialism in many ways. It allows tax breaks for money made through investments (while also using tax policy to discourage speculation). It has laws to keep businesses competitive, to prevent such things as monopolies, trusts, price-fixing, etc. There are many govt. offices that help businesses get started, that help export-import businesses, provide or guarantee loans for businesses. Investments in capital equipment can be depreciated for tax purposes several ways, to encourage capital investment. Interstate commerce is regulated to create a level playing field .At least that s the idea anyway. In our time, some corporations have been allowed to become bigger and more powerful than really should be allowed. Anti-trust legislation has not been enforced as it should be. Corporations and whole industries have been allowed to write their own regulations, and many very important regulations have been made optional or voluntary . Capitalism depends on a certain amount of govt. regulation, but our attitude today is that -any- regulation is bad.

The stark reality is that it doesn t. My experience is that it almost seems to do everything it can to prevent entrepreneurship happening at all.The main problem with the government s approach to dealing with business is that very few politicians have actually run a business and have no idea of the actual day to to day realities faced by businesses as most of them are career politicians detached from the real world.Sorry if this wasn t the text book answer you were looking for!

it doesn t cuz most people fail, but i hear it does give grants to small businesses that have a long established history

Tips for starting a cleaning business? -

I m currently working on a business plan for residential cleaning service and would like any ideas or tips on the industry on how to get started. I m going to have a home based office and start with two employees myself and my mother. The name of the company is CRYSTAL CLEAN. I m having trouble coming up with a logo. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

you could try to use cooltext.com to create a logo.you could also make business cards vistaprint.com (i think that is the name. also, give you like 250 free cards).you could go with a retro design and a sparkle shining off your name. might check with your local SCORE office. they can help you set up your business plan, marketing, bookkeeping etc.you might offer a green service package with environmentally friendly cleaning products.you could get your local newspaper to run an article about opening your business. also advertise at local events around your town. you could also provide a discount for new customers. they will hopefully tell everyone how good of a job you did. word of mouth is the best form of advertising and it is free

advertise.

What are some good or unique ideas for items to sell on eBay? -

What are some good or unique ideas for items to sell on eBay? I live in south Louisiana and Im possibly looking for good ideas relating to things that we have access to locally that are harder to find in other parts of the country. Thanks for the help!

Try getting little trinkets, and stuff that are rare to find around your area! They ll catch eyes! like an 1950 s toy, or a CD (records) from the 50 s. maybe antiques? but make sure they re in good condition. And since they re for other countries, this will be even more interesting for them.!or sell souviniers that people would only find there, like go visit the beach, they should have some stuff there!Hope this helped!
