Can anyone suggest me which softwares should i use in my manufacturing unit??quot;? -

Hii Friends, i m in a problem, as I ve recently joined as a production manager in a small unit of textile manufacturing, and have found that the productivity is very low.As the purchase manager says that his dept. is not well informed abt the status of raw materials to allow it to obtain the goods in time. Also production delays has caused too much stock-outs in past, and this happens due to too much pressure to reduce inventory asa means of decreasing manufacturing cost. The supervisor of quality control says they wont have enough inspector to ensure that the quality standards of raw matrials and finished goods have been met.The warehouse manager says he lacks enogh stock clerks to manage the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.Shop-floor supervisor says there are too many breakdowns in equipment which causes delayFinance manager says that too much money is being tied up in inventory and these high inventory causes highe taxes that must be paid to the local community. Finally in a meeting with my superiors, I am asked to sort out this problem using new technologies and softwares to keep track of inventory. But I m new in this field so sont have proper info abt which software to be used so pl help me out.
