yes paypal will solve your dispute and refund you. I even spent over $150 on an xbox 360 that broke within 24 hours. When I shipped it back for a refund, the company somehow never had gotten it. I wrote paypal about it, and it took about a month, but I did get an entire refund, shipping included!
