Is it illegal to have to tell my boss how much money in tips i make? -

Recently we have started to have to claim all of our tips because they said it cuts out steps they have to take to make us only claim the bare minimum... But i think that they are just curious how much money i make... is it illegal for them to ask or know?

Unless you are a full blown retail operation and can afford to buy in bulk to get wholesale prices, and pay the tab (3%) by using mastercard/or visa on your ebay sales, you should stay away from designer stuff that will go out of style in a matter of months. You want to keep your costs down, so why not consider secondhand merchandise. Not ratty tatty, but unique and rare items.

Some businesses who have difficulty getting a high enough limit on their merchant account do this very thing in order to process successfully for the entire month.The one think you can t do is use one merchant account for two businesses.
