What is the process for starting a new beverage company? Where or how can I make my aluminum cans? -

I was thinking about if I started a new drink, what would I need to do? I have no idea where to start. Do I need proper permits or certification, or can I just do it and sell it. Also where can I find a company that will make the bottles/cans for me, or is there a machine where I can do it myself for now?

If I sold something that does not have to do with my business and did not sell it under my business name does that mean that a person can still report me under my business name to the BBB? What I sold was not through my business it was through my personal email address and didnt have any thing to do with my business what so ever if so what do i do to clear all this up?

Just send your explanation to the BBB with the full explanation. Let them know it was a PERSONAL transaction, not the business, and the other guy is trying to drag your business name through mud. They may or may not believe you. Calling all accountants help needed!? -

i am self employed sparky and have just got my tax return back from the accountant and i am confused about the mileage/petrol relief. 06/07 i did 2415 miles and got a tax Relief of ��959.00 in 08/09 i did 5075.5 miles and got ��1492.00 in tax Relief, this year i did 10,754 miles and only got ��1565 in tax relief. i queried this with the accountant and simply got a short reply that she had worked it out so i would receive the best benefit. i just don t get why im only ��73 approx up on last year despite doing a extra 5000 miles. any help with how this works would be gratefully received as i have hit a brick wall with accountant and cant afford to see another one.

I expect the petrol allowance changed. This is what you pay your accountant for. If you don t trust him/her or think you know better then change!

I don t see why you should have to go and find out the answer for yourself - you PAY an Accountant to do the job for you and therefore you are entitled to a reasonable explanation from them. Ring her up again and tell her that you want the situation explaining properly. Find yourself a new Accountant for the next tax year - an approachable Accountant is vital for a small business.

Visit the Inland Revenue site and find out if they re doing any free seminars in your area for people in business. You can go along to them and there s time afterwards to ask individual questions on all sorts of tax issues.It might also be worth speaking to your local CAB. They have quite a lot of information on these sorts of things.Another option is to contact your local Business Link and find out if they have any advisors who are experienced in tax for the self-employed. If they don t, they ll probably know someone who ll give you a free half hour session to go through your questions.I know there s a point where once your mileage goes over it, the allowances reduce but I couldn t tell you where that is.Good luck sorting it out!

Make a plan first ..Does your location, customers, and their financial ability can buy this brands ?? It will cost you much, and sell for much (With a fairy little profit margin), plus big retail stores sell them already at competing prices.. there will be no competition, my advice start on cheap less known brands, get lower prices for competition, attract more customers, then when you are experienced with the market .. go for the high brands.. and yet your location must be so sophisticated.. good luck and have a great day ...

You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely.
