Grant money for expansion of a Real Estate office? -

I work in an EXIT realty franchise in Ohio. I have been asked to do some research into grant money and government aid for Real Estate businesses looking to expand/renovate etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There s no such thing as grant money for a profit making business or company. Don t even bother looking. NO such thing! You need to reinvest your internally generated profits, or borrow against your cashflow. However, small business loans are nearly impossible to come by these days. Nobody is lending. Since you are in real estate, you ought to know better than anyone what the banking finance climate is like these days!

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.
