My cost on an item is $10.00 and I put it up for auction on Ebay. What should my selling cost be? -

What should I charge to turn a profit and cover Ebay and PayPal fees? Thanks!

I could suggest $50 but it may not be worth less or more. You might list for 99 cents with a reserve of $50 if you want, then you can accept the highest offer or none of them. What is this item???

in my humble opinion, you should consider the time, transportation, and the snacks you eat it will cost fair enough for about $30.00.lol

You should check out the press release at http://www.bvdepot.com they are giving away free listing fees for auctions so your profit margin will be much better

Figure out how you much you want to make minus the fees and that should be your answer.

to confusing for me i always use craigs list.. you get to keep all your money

How to start selling baked goods from home? -

I decided to start selling some of my grandmother s Hungarian cookies and pastries. Does anyone have any ideas of how I could start?

If you baked at home and gave away the goodies, all is well.Sell the goodies and someone , local or state, will start asking questions.Lots of questions, like is the kitchen licensed? Are you licensed to sell (anything) ? Got a zoning variance to have a home based business in a residential neighborhood? Do you have insurance etc and etc.If you could rent time at a local, licensed kitchen, you can bypass some of the questions.

You might be interested in a book called Learn How To Make Suds Of Money Working From Home. This book teaches the reader how to create sell party soap favors for baby showers, weddings, birthdays and more.

How do I know your cat didn t jump up on the counter and lick the batter? This could be a question that sways people from choosing to do business with you. A home base for your business could prove problematic.

Im looking to purchase new laptops at wholesale prices I tried tradekey.com and had problems.? -

I want to purchase new laptops at wholesale prices to resell. I have clients already lined up. Does anyone have an idea where Best Buy, or Walmart purchase their laptops or know of a wholesaler I can go too. I tried tradekey.com and was very disappointed with the products and the service. I don t want to go into detail but it was a total lost of money invested.

Did i try http://www.hellotrade.com it s very easy to find suppliers and call them for free. I use it for my business

Those stores do not go threw small third hand wholesalers they buy DIRECT from the manufacture of those products. So do not trust those little wholesalers that are in china they are a rip off! See you just can not compete with those types of stores, plus without a tax id, enough money you would not be able to meet the purchase amount the company may have. Like Apple their minimum order per year you must have over $20,000 spent in your account threw them. Sooo you may be out of luck unless you want to fix computers you can make a TON of money that way........ Sorry and hope you still follow your dream! these people might be able to help with another idea www.integrafirst.web.officelive.com thanks

Try:http://www.esources.co.uk/search-supplieOrhttp://www.esources.co.uk/wholesale-suppYou will find all the verified laptops wholesalers you need there.

I know Wally-World and BB buy theirs direct from the manufacturers,If you have a large enough order, I m sure you can work a deal with HP or Dell,

Tryhttp://www.ebsilk.com/browse/product_lisI am sure you will satisfy with the price and service.Hope it helped.

They buy their stuff directly from the manufacturers. You ll never be able to compete.

Can i register a business in a different state from where i live? i live in one state but the next state is...? -

i live in kind of on the border.. in one state but the next state is closer to me than downtown of the state i live in...

It may depend on the state. I believe you have to have a mailing address in the state you plan to register in. But a mailing address could be a box at one of those post office box locations. I doubt you have to be a state resident to get one of those. I would contact the Secretary of State in the state you want to register in and ask this question. They should know the regulations or be able to get the information for you.Good Luck!!

So can anyone tell me any legit sites to use as a part-time work at home income.? -

I have tried many of these work at home adds only to find out that all of them are scams. They have hidden fees that are charged to your account every month. I am looking to do some online work on the side to bring in a little extra money but what is legit out there.

You need to send your resume out to real jobs you are qualified to do. In your cover letter you need to state that you wish to work remotely, from your home office. LOTS of companies, especially in CA operate this way. They usually provide transportation for you to come in for an interview and for you to attend company meetings a few times a year, but otherwise everything is done online

Most programs are not scams. There are tons of opportunities out there on the Net, some require start up costs an some claim that it is free to join. Do not get frustrated when trying to find an opportunity that best matches your talents. I personally have tried many different things before finding something suitable that worked. Even though I did find a good opportunity, there were some issues that I had to work out like transitioning from an employee who was getting paid for my time at a job to an Entrepreneur who is paid for his efforts. Before resuming your search, here are a few things to think about:1- How much time do you have to spend each day working from home?2- How much money do you want to make (realistically) each month?3- How serious are you about making income? What I mean is how long will you persist before choosing to quit if your results do not come as fast as you expect them to?There are many legit opportunities out there but you must use your commons sense and review everything even the fine print. Many offers will have check marks that are already clicked that will make you spend unnecessary money on things you do not need. Make sure to use read everything. Most importantly, use your gut. Some people do make a lot of money (5 or even 6 figures) online BUT they most likely have paid a lot of time and energy to learn their skills by experience.

It is unfortunate that you have been victimized by scams. The problem is that, like you, there are many people who are very much in financial distress trying very hard to make money, and their degree of desperation makes them a perfect victim for the scammers. The hard truth, and one that is quite difficult for most people to accept, is that there are simply no legitimate online jobs; they are all scams or time wasters.Still, the sheer number of people looking for easy money online make for a steady stream of victims for these scammers, that s why they continue to exist.

How Can I Begin to Work From Home !? -

I have a 6 week old daughter .. And I prefer not puting her in daycare because i want to spend time with her .. But i know i need a job .. so iw ant to work from home so i was sondering if anyone could tell me how and where do i start is there any sites that can help .. and is there anyone out there that is working from home , how did u get started ..

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

It is sad to see the many scams that have appeared in response to your question.I honestly believe that you are trying to get a job at home so you can look after your child and yet earn some income for the family; but asking this question here gets you nothing but scams. The only way to get such a job is to possess skills that are relatively uncommon, and that a company will want to pay you for. You can look for advertisements that require your type of skill, and apply for the job with the condition that you need to work from home, but am willing to go to the office occasionally. That will be a better way that trying to get something from here.

I am working from home, but I own home based businesses, not a job working for someone else. www.alpineaccess.com has work at home jobs, but it s phone based work and won t be able to do it with the baby there. I ve got a baby too. It s very difficult to work from home with a baby. You can also try www.kgb.com or chacha.com, but they don t pay very well.If you want suggestions on home based businesses just email me.
