Im a model, and I have two interested parties, should I tell each agency about the other? -

I m a model, and a few weeks ago, I had an interview with Agency A (fictional name), and when they asked if I was in contact with any other agency, I told them no , which was true - at the time. Now, I have another agency, Agency B, who wants to have an interview with me, and they seem very interested in me. I have waited for a few weeks for Agency A to tell me if they want me to join their roster, but still no concrete answer. Should I tell Agency A about Agency B? Or just wait and see what Agency A says, if they say anything, and still have the interview with Agency B?

I think I understand what you re thinking. Try to pressure Agency A using Agency B. It s a risk. I would compare the perks that both companies offer. I B seems better to you then i guess you could risk it. If A seems better then I would wait unitl I am completely positive about them not calling. You should be able to gauge the appropriate time period and know when it has expired. When and if this occurs, weigh the risks against your modeling aptitude. If you know beyond a doubt that you can be a great asset to their company, the risk will become minute. Oh man - in California they probably require a license and insurance for everything. One good area to get into is asbestos abatement - you ll run into asbestos a lot while cleaning ducts - and if you could THEN be the guy who cleaned this stuff out, you d be in the chips.You d probably need a separate license for everything. Asbestos is not really a big deal except that town governments are terrified of it now - so it means a LOT of money for you to make it go away.

I would recommend picking a business name that speaks to your target client - are you going to do virtual assistance for small business owners - consultants etc. What type of virtual assistance - bookkeeping, admin, or high tech and web? If you have that information well thought out a business name should come easy.

Hii Friends, i m in a problem, as I ve recently joined as a production manager in a small unit of textile manufacturing, and have found that the productivity is very low.As the purchase manager says that his dept. is not well informed abt the status of raw materials to allow it to obtain the goods in time. Also production delays has caused too much stock-outs in past, and this happens due to too much pressure to reduce inventory asa means of decreasing manufacturing cost.The supervisor of quality control says they wont have enough inspector to ensure that the quality standards of raw matrials and finished goods have been met.The warehouse manager says he lacks enogh stock clerks to manage the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.Shop-floor supervisor says there are too many breakdowns in equipment which causes delayFinance manager says that too much money is being tied up in inventory and these high inventory causes highe taxes that must be paid to the local community.Finally in a meeting with my superiors, I am asked to sort out this problem using new technologies and softwares to keep track of inventory. But I m new in this field so sont have proper info abt which software to be used so pl help me out.
