Im stating an online business, would you buy these things? -

basically i m going to set up a little online shop on free webs because its easy to use and free. I m going to hand make things, like book marks, with loads of fake Diamonds or glitter or feathers and then laminate it to make it use able.. it can also be personalised and has personal messages on it... would you buy it ? [i haven t made them yet but i will if people think it s a good idea] also i want to make bracelets , necklaces and earrings, would you buy them and the last thing i have thought of is cards, i m going to make loads because i m quit arty! would you buy them? any other good ideas? i m 16 and about to start college but i can t get EMA because my parents earn to much money, and i do have a job but this is extra income and fun. thanksx

i think personalised goods will always sell, especially things which are idea as gifts for other people.i d say go for it! if the website will be free then you having nothing to lose by giving it a go, and whether you make it a success or find it s not going anywhere you will still have gained loads of experience in business web design etc which may give you the edge in a future interview for a job, or give you enough experience to become a successful entrepreneur! all the best of luck with your ideasRebecca

It all sounds feasible but why not start by trying a few things on Ebay first to see how they sell before you dive into it completely. It will also give you an idea of the kind of price you can charge for all these things.Good luck!

Seeing as you can t spell, then no.

You stick with the bookmarks. Do not make cards unless you know how to spell correctly.

Yeah i love cute and quirky little things like that, and as long as the price is right people will buy them.x

I support you

If they re good quality then yes, but don t lay out too much money on stock to begin with because there are load of people doing this online. The other answers point out your spelling mistakes, and there are quite a few of them! You need to pay attention to spelling and grammar otherwise people won t buy from you because it looks sloppy and they ll assume your work is also sloppy. All the things you want to sell are available on markets and car boot sales and they don t incur postage charges, so make sure that your prices are right, and make sure that your items have that little something extra that makes them special. My friend makes cards just for her own use. When my daughter got married she made her a card in the colour scheme of the wedding, with a bride and groom on, and she used material to dress them the same as their wedding outfits. It was wonderful, but very, very professionally done. You could try little extras like this.Good luck.

Can a bank charge me money at their branch to cash a check to get MY money? -

Bank of America charges $6 to cash a business check. In my opinion, they have my money. It s mine and I have every right to have it. I m not asking them to transfer funds to my account, nor am I asking them to go out of their way to get the money to me. I am taking the check to them, all they have to do is punch a couple buttons on the computer, see that there is money in the account and hand me some cash that they have in the drawer right next to the teller.

Congress has passed legislature that allows banks to basically do whatever they want to us. They charge you for any little thing, got to get back all that money that they ve lost. Thru their greed, they lost money. Now they ve got to get us to pay it back.

No, this is not my account. I should charge my customers the extra six bucks for doing the work for a BoA customer. Report Abuse

Yeah unless you ahve an account with them most banks will charge you a small procesisng fee, its actually cheaper to go to walmart (they charge 3$ a check) if you don t have a bank account anywhere. If you have an account with them and they are still doing it I would suggest another bank

yes i am a teller at a community bank we charge for hardly anything the only thing that we require is that you are a customer so to answer your question yes they can and yes it is stupid i suggest to deposit your money then go to atm and draw it out .....no charge ..... unless they charge for that too however chosing another bank would be a good option as well

If you don t have an account with them then they can and will charge you to use their bank. They are there to service their account holders not every Tom, Dick and Harry that comes along and wants to cash a check.

Yes, it sucks but they can do it. Read your account agreement.

If this is your own account, why are they charging you?

yep they can unless you get an account with them; that is their leverage- not right but legal

How to get financing for a start up business? -

I was a Professional musician with my own band for 12 years, I also have 20 plus years of B2B corporate executive sales marketing. Need financing for specialized equipment for a specific targeted market.

You can get sba financing with decent credit.http://www.borregospringsbank.com/sba_express.asphttp://www.superiorfg.com/main/Default2.aspxAs long as you turn in all your paperwork it takes about 2-3 to get money directly deposited into your bank account. There is a fee but it is only paid if you get funded. No money no fee!

well take a Loan i suppose
