you can call the post office and ask for the supervisor and report it there, and take it upward from there, ask the supervisor s manager or director in their area, advise which zip code that s occurring in, and could get an address and send them the flyer you received. I suspect it s a business that to save money has hired some kids to deliver to your home and the kid thought the easiest way (rather than dogs jumping at windows if they got too close to the front door) would be safer and a time saver. With that in mind and this being a poor economy, why not just call the phone number on the flyer and ask to talk with their marketing department and tell them about the flyers in the mailbox and then just be done with it. It probably would not occur further as some people don t know all the laws (regarding sales).I always think of it as the horseshoe effect in that whatever you put out comes back to you in the future. If you turn someone in for something they probably never knew existed then some time in your life that turning in someone will come back to you in your life and you will be turned in for some slight infraction. It pays to think ahead.
