Maybe in Canada it is different, but in the UK I just went there with the van, a wad of cash and maybe some headed company papers and my documents and said: I ll have a pallet of that, two of those and maybe 25 boxes of this and let s hope they make me enough money to come back for more... Next time I d go there with two vans and double the money and expect to pay 5% less, if not... I was on to the next one.And that was my license.

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Yahoo Answers, Youtube, Myspace...they all make money, and they are all free. #1 Make a forum or myspace type website (Its not that hard, I just bought a premade site for like $20. Everything was already built, I just put a logo on it to make it my own and tweaked a few things from the control panel)#2 Start working on getting people to join (Make it about something that a large group of people will follow. Some of my sites are dating sites for example that specalize in a certain type of dating)#3 Put ads on your site. If you have enough people coming and going from the site, it will start making you money. Have you looked into network marketing. Low startup cost; simple, duplicatable franchise type system, help and support from others in the business. Every person has defined role in an business activity, if one is missing another get affected. Taking from your question if there will be no worker what will owners do ? if there would be no government then who will regulate ? or if there wont be consumer then for whom to make product for ? so every people is special and wanted for his ability.

In our economy, everything is very situational when it comes to peoples job security and income in general. Some people are minimally affected while others have been hit really hard. Selling goods for other people - legal rights? -

I recently began selling a quantity of items for someone but soon realised the quality wasn t good and didn t want to continue. I told them this and told them to arrive and collect the money I d made for them plus their remaining goods on a certain day. They arrived a day early when I was out. For the next 2 months I have tried to arrange a pick up and payment but it hasn t worked out and now they are annoyed at me for having to wait so long! I am now busy until the 18th of December and asked them to come and see me then. However they are up in arms about having to wait. Am I within my rights to stick to that date for pick up and payment? What legal rights could they bring against me? Many thanks

I certainly hope you made a copy of the correspondance stating when they could pick up their crap. Were they there on the day of the pre-arranged appointment? NO they came the wrong day and that is NOT your problem. If their stuff is being stored on your property it may be yours now. Check with a local attorney most first visits are free and if the property has been in your posession for 60 days past when they wre to pick it up in most states you are free to dispose of it however you see fit. Pick up that phone. Lawyer will let you know if there is a case or not.
