I would like to start a non for profit organization for needy children to donate toys and books.? -

ive thought for some years to start an organization for children. being a mother and a nurse i see the way our economy has forgotten about our children and just not for the holidays do children want toys or books. Im lookin for advice were to begin.

You don t need to start a nonprofit to do what you wish to do. In fact, many organizations, houses of worship, schools and other places already organize toy drives and book drives which they do as part of their charity work. See Toys for Tots at http://www.toysfortots.org for an example. I suggest you contact a local school, church or charity and see if they have volunteer opportunities for you to assist them in their efforts in this area.if you decide to start your own anyway, you can see the resources at the Foundation Center at http://www.foundationcenter.org (look under FAQs/Getting Started to find helpful information and tutorials that will help you thru the difficult process. As well, you should see the IRS website at http://www.irs.gov under Life Cycle of an Exempt Organization to see what you will need to do to apply for and maintain exempt status: http://www.irs.gov/charities/charitable/

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you ll inevitably have as well as many you haven t anticipated yet. http://www.ncna.org/ -- National Council of Nonprofit Associationshttp://www.ncna.org/index.cfm?fuseaction C Directory of State Associationshttp://www.nsfre.org/ -- Association of Fundraising ProfessionalsResearch, research, research C this cannot be stressed enough. HOW MUCH MONEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO INVEST IN STARTING UP A SMALL BARBERSHOP BUSINESS? -

Hi - There are many variables when it comes to start-up costs (ie How many employees will you hire? Will your shop be located in a high rent or low rent district? What price range of furniture, equipment and supplies will you buy?).It may help you to look at the start-up costs of an existing barber shop. You can view a business plan for a barber shop, which includes company financials and start-up costs. You can then adjust the costs to meet the needs of your particular business.http://www.bplans.com/mens_salon_busines

Do those work from home sites really work? -

I found this work from home opportunity and it seems pretty legit but before I sign up I wanted to see if anyone has tried it or knows anything about it. You do have to pay $50 to get started but if it works that may be worth it but I don t want to get ripped off. Here is the site http://www.rebateprocessorjob.com/Thanks!

It s a scam, so save your money.Rebate processing is not what you think or they claim it is. You re not processing rebates like you d see for Office Max or Best Buy. I found a site that actually explains this so-called job:http://www.ivetriedthat.com/2008/02/23/r

Don t ever pay for it. I know I have done it. I found this site and it is absolutely free you never ever pay. I signed up about 1 week ago and I made $125.00, so I haven t made much but it was legitimate and the system works. Try it, you don t have anything to lose www.invite5.com/33791IB

I tried this and it worked for me. I make more money doing this than I ever made on my jobs. I honestly bring about $5,670 monthly. They tell you what you need to know to start making money from home with NO MONEY to start. This wasn t NO SCAM EITHER, I tried it for myself!Their website is:realhomeincomesolution.devhub.com http://www.lulu.com/content/e-book/real-home-income-solution/7761471
