How about running a competition in your area through your local newspapers, or with local secondary schools/colleges etc to get all the locals to come up with a name.That way you get free PR in the local newspapers, school/college newsletters etc both announcing the competition in the first place and then announcing the winner, perhaps with a photo of you handing the competition winner their prize (which doesn t have to be expensive - how about an MP3 player for a tenner?) and if you get photographed with the winning name/logo being held up too then it gets it in front of people right from the start. then once they start to see your business up and running they will already be familiar with the logo/name etc and your business will have instant credibility.This is just an idea - adapt it at will!

There is no way for him or her to change or retract their feedback, they can however post a response to negative feedback explaining themselves (its usually present under your negative feedback, and does not in anyway harm your feedback score). However, in your situation. I would recommend emailing eBay, and notifying them of your problem. Sellers are responsible for accurately listing the items they sell, and through eBay (which also runs and owns PayPal) you can file a complaint/claim, and you can (and should) get your money back, as well as leave negative feedback).
Start a dispute for SNAD (Significantly Not As Described). They will have you return the item and the seller will be forced to give you your money back. I would give him the benefit of the doubt to start off with. Maybe he didn t answer your emails because of an emergency. How long has it been? Check their feedback and see if he s left any for other customers over the last few days. That will tell you if he s been on his account and is ignoring your emails. Let the dispute run and then decide what feedback you feel is appropriate. I think I would agree with the negative, but take care of it first.
