I was a nanny to a 20 month old little boy and on my last night there the dad was drunk and was physical towards the drunk pregnant mom infront of the little boy. Now my boss won t pay me the $850.00 that he owes me for working for him. He keeps promising me every week that he will pay me but never does. I wasn t on his payroll yet but have checks that I have cashed at my bank from him that say Nanny . Help how can I get my money?

You must take him to small claims court. If you are under 18, someone over 18 must file the lawsuit for you. How could you let it ride that much money owing? You should have quit sooner. You will win. Bring those checks and write down all the hours they owe you, and any witnesses to your babysitting, any emails or written documentation about your job.

Threaten to open a lawsuit if he doesn t pay and to give you a little bonus otherwise you d sue him for domestic violence.

ok.. this S...T happen ... Simply you could refund the money .. (and don t send the item).. How to refund the money ?? through paypal.. in the details of transaction page, at the lower right you will find issue refund.. you can do it.. But don t send the item.. In the mean time, go to the item, and click on resolve a problem.. and then ask for cancel the transaction... But the winner have to agree.. the only bad thing will happen .. (The buyer can give you negative feedback).. So my advice to contact the buyer first, and tell him that you will refund his money, and ask him if he would like to cancel the transaction with refunding his money back ..... And Advice, Never try to sell any worthy item on ebay ... You will never get what you get for .. it is more like liquidation market now.. and the amateaurs and scammers make it all worse.. You don t really need a degree for it but you need reliable suppliers to supply you the clothing. Best thing to do is to go to India or Pakistan and buy the clothing yourself, then put them up for sale on your website.
