How do I go from being stuck in a dead end job to owning a restaurant? -

I like my horrible-paying go-nowhere job. I m a cook, and love the work and the quick-paced, challenging days. But I don t want to waste away there. My ideal would be to own a restaurant some day, but don t know where to start.

In theory, you can source the product form elsewhere and sue him in Small Claims Court for the difference ..Good Luck !

Technically, eBay rules and regulations prohibit this. However, you cannot force the guy to ship the item. As long as you get your money refunded, you have no recourse beyond filing a complaint with eBay and giving negative feedback

did he say the product was broke or damged and couldnt sell cos thats what happened to me.try reporting it to ebay at least they will then keep a track of it and if it happens too often they will kick him off

My Store Manage is editing my punches to make it look like we are only getting 50 hours a week what should I d? -

My store manager is editing my time sheet at the end of the week to make it look like i only worked 50 hours. He has us work 55-60 hours a week and then goes in at the end of the week and delete hours so he won t get into trouble. I know if I say something he will retaliate against me. What should I do I don t wanna work 55 -60 when I am not getting paid!!!

Contact your state department of labor. This is highly illegal and needs to be stopped. If you are working over 40 hours in a pay week at one job, you deserve overtime for each hour after the first 40. If your employer uses a 2 week pay schedule, make sure that your 40 hours are all in the same week. The case will not be that easy to prove at first. The state will have to observe you working for the entire week and comparing the documented hours on your paycheck.

Im a model, and I have two interested parties, should I tell each agency about the other? -

I m a model, and a few weeks ago, I had an interview with Agency A (fictional name), and when they asked if I was in contact with any other agency, I told them no , which was true - at the time. Now, I have another agency, Agency B, who wants to have an interview with me, and they seem very interested in me. I have waited for a few weeks for Agency A to tell me if they want me to join their roster, but still no concrete answer. Should I tell Agency A about Agency B? Or just wait and see what Agency A says, if they say anything, and still have the interview with Agency B?

I think I understand what you re thinking. Try to pressure Agency A using Agency B. It s a risk. I would compare the perks that both companies offer. I B seems better to you then i guess you could risk it. If A seems better then I would wait unitl I am completely positive about them not calling. You should be able to gauge the appropriate time period and know when it has expired. When and if this occurs, weigh the risks against your modeling aptitude. If you know beyond a doubt that you can be a great asset to their company, the risk will become minute.
