When selling on ebay how much money do they take from your sale? what is the max amount? -

i have just started using ebay for buying and selling and i reading about how they take a small amount of what you earn on each sale...it said something about 10 cents to 4 dollars....is 4 dollar the maximum amount they can take from each sale?

Much simpler to just read this:Fees for selling on eBayhttp://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/fees.htmGood luck!

Hi there, And good luck with your ebay.. Actually Ebay, is not what people tell you or what you hear about.. so you have to be so careful with your money and account as well.. and for the small letters and which is soo small, and in between words.. Ebay deduct .. $0.15 - $5.00 just to put your item for sale (Whether it sell or not). then when your item sell it depend on what is your items for (Auction or fixed price buy it now).. Auction items .. ebay deduct (Depend on the items the cheapest fees is the books ) So Auction items ebay deduct anywhere from 8% - up to 12% .......... So actually if your sale is $ 100.00 eby take average fees 8.15- up to $17.00 .. Plus there is paypal fees (Which ebay insist on accepting paypal to be verified and for them to have more percentage fees ..).. Paypal fees is 2.9% of the total amount you recieve .. (If from other countries than USA) the fees will be 3.9% + 1% .. so the total paypal fees (Which you will recieve your money through .. will be between 2.9% - up to 5% .. so the total ebay (and their other company PAYPAL) actually will get from you is between 9.5%-UP TO 17% .. AND WE DID NOT INCLUDE ITEMS INSERTION FEES ON FEEBAY .. So on average each $10.00 sale on ebay .. you will end paying $ 1.35 - up to $3.76 in some case .. so what you will actually get in your pocket will be $ 7.00 average .. not $10.00 ....... And so you have to get your item much cheaper than that to make profit ,, Because other expenses include the price you paid for your item, your effort to make your item looks nice .. etc... Plus 30% of buyers now on ebay don t pay .. and ebay still charge you .. unless you go on large process which will only give you credit for your fees ??????. which mean you might ending up paying $30.00 fees without actually selling ?????? because buyers didn t pay.. and you will only get credit for the fees so you can put more items ....... For me some of my items are $500.00 and up, and i usually pay between $ 88.75 and $ 135.00 fees average for both ebay and paypal.. I Don t do much business now on ebay.. except for the closeouts or unselling items i have.. as you will find out after while that you are ending up losing money for FEEBAY... so be careful, and the best to make profit on ebay or to be safe to sell items with more than 100% profit margin at least .. Good luck and have a great day ........ and be careful as well Ebay makes $70,000,000.00 aday only from insertion fees (This without any items selling).. and the average for the items selling now on ebay is 1-3 item from each 10 items.. and 30 % of those sellings the buyers will not pay or will be scam....... Good luck and have a great day ..

Looking for funding to start up a new business in the South West of England. Where do I begin? -

I m a young man interested in getting into my own business as soon as possible. I have a great idea i know will do well and an available premises. However, I can t help but feel that because of my age i will struggle to find anyone willing to invest as much money as I think I will need. Does anyone have any advice on the best place other than a bank to seek potential investment?

Sometimes Prince Charles charity, the Prince s Trust will help. Prince Charles has a lot of his estate in Devon and Cornwall, so has an interest in the Westcountry. I don t know if investment is made, or whether they just give help in starting up.

Speak to your local Business Link. They re very good on sources of funding, including ones specifically for young people in business. You ll need a sound business plan before you apply for funds from anyone. Business Link can help you with this, too.Good luck!

It really depends on how much money you have yourself, to put into the business,as no lender will risk their money, if you won t risk your ownMy son started his own business when he was 24, but he d already saved 6,000and the bank helped with the rest that he needed

its hard enough to keep businesses open here in the south west as it is without trying to start up something new. 3 factorys have closed in last 2 years where i live losing 400 jobs. maybe u should try internet shop first

Does anyone know about taking online surveys and getting paid for it? -

Are these online surveys just a scam and a way of getting your personal details, thanks,

http://findfreecash.blogspot.com/ explains a survey site that s not a scam.

Companies spend millions each year on online research so there are legitimate opportunities to be found. Like anything on the net, do your research. There are both real sites that pay and other sites that are just looking to get paid. You should only join sites that are free like surveyhead, surveysandprizes, surveysavvy, greenfieldonline, ipsos, and a few others. You should also make sure that the sites don t ask for personal information to join and have a policy not to share your information. Most of these sites will pay either in points, sweeps entries, or cash. Most surveys pay $1-$5. You can get invited to higher paying surveys or other survey panels that pay more by honestly and consistently completing surveys. If you do them on a regular basis it is easy to earn some extra spending money or bill money each month.

Majority of these online survey sites are scams. They are just looking for a way to get your credit card number. Most times these site tell you to try products by paying for only shipping. This is really bad because once you give them your credit card no they just continue deducting a certain amount from your card every month. However there are some legitimate SURVEY Sites that are ready to pay you for your opinion. And What s even better is that registration with these legitimate sites are free. You can check out the site below to get alist of some legitimate survey sites.

Use services like OpinionOutpost and SurveyClub, as well as InboxDollars. Sign up, click on the link to approve your email account, and make sure none of the emails they send you are marked as spam. Some of the emails they send you are paid emails, that s why you don t want them marked as spam. Good luck!

I was sceptical also about taking online surveys for money. Usually those that are free are scams because as you know nothing in life is free. I tried alot of different things and none really worked for me but I eventually found this one and yer i had to fork out a couple bucks to get the package but in reality i made a heap more money from it. trust me. It worked for me so it will work for you. dont fall for any other scams that want ur credit card and claim not to charge you.I hope u have great fun making easy money :)

a lot of those websites are scams. especially if they make you pay first. however a legit one that I personally belong to is Fusion Cash. Check them out at http://www.fusioncash.net/?ref=aughiskieit is free to join and they pay you anywhere from 15 cents to 15 dollars to fill out surveys or test products or services. For just an hours worth of work a day I average about $60 a month from them.

I started a few days ago and ive found like 5 or 6 that really pay money and everything.. me i ain t think it would work but all of them got a minimum cash out and they all transferred the money to my pay-palcheck em all out just click on the hyperlinks// Not a waste of time these are prolly the best ones and are not scams.. I PROMISE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED I KNOW IM NOT MY FIRST DAY I CASHED OUT LIKE 5 DOLLARS Click The Linkhttp://www.greedyclicks.com/?ref=18166This one pays instant VERY Fasthttp://www.hourlygpt.com/?ref=3363this one also pays instanthttp://getpaidto.com/?ref=114283**Probably one of the BEST**Spree Clicks Fast payinghttp://www.SpreeClicks.com/?ref=1134Try Dragon Doughhttp://www.DragonDough.com/?ref=3927Click the link and try wordlinxhttp://wordlinx.com/?r=206571

I am a member of NPD Research, which is completely legit. You don t earn money per survey, you earn points. The points are used to enter contests where you can win money or other prizes that may interest you. If your interested it might be worth a shot.http://www.npdor.com/joinnow.asp?recruit

There are some scams, and some are legit. There s a great top 10 site that lists the legitimate sites on the web called findmysurveys (I think).I m a part of a few, and a majority of them pay but don t expect to make $1000s a month.

or you can check out this one it is not a survey but much better www.pplblastoff.com then get back to me

What should my uncle do about his restaurant? -

He put in $220,000 of his money already and has been working non stop this past year. He needs $50,000 to expand and his friend is willing to loan it to him but wants 20% of allfuture profits. Is this fair? What would be a fair percentage to give his friend? Thanks a million!!!

yes its fair.the uncle gets the money and he gets the 80% of business. He still has the controlling portion.

The question is does your Uncle want a partner and that is what the friend is proposingIf he can delay the expanding he would probably come out better. If he is making a profitat this point after a year - I wouldn t push it with expansion and tie up future earning witha partner.

No this is not fair. Your uncle should not give him future profits. Does not sound like much of a friend. If anything your uncle should give him interest on the loan until it is paid off.your uncle should find someone else to loan the money from, his friend sounds like a really shady person to be doing business with. Doesn t have your uncles best interest at heart

Would you bid on item you want on ebay at the very last minute? -

i have a few items for sale on ebay. these items have at least 1 person watching them. no one has bid and the auction is ending in 2 days. do you think they will bid or just watch and see how the item does? someone whos a bidder out there would you bid immediately to mark your territory or wait until last minute?

It all depends on someone s style of bidding. When I bid, if it is something I have been watching, I ll throw a bid in the last minute. If it is something that lots of people are selling, I ll throw down the bid on the max amount I am willing to pay for that item and never mess with it. But like I said, I usually wait until the last minute because I will still assess whether or not I am getting a deal.

I always bid at the last minute. I am always puzzled when I watch an auction and see people continuing to outbid each other and driving up the price. Better for the bidder to bid at the last minute Especially since eBay has the feature to just watch the auction. Makes it very easy to keep track of what you are interested in without placing a bid.
