The way I have learnt it, there are several things which will determine how many of a product you will sell. (I am going on the standard Marketing mix Ideology from GCSE Business Studies If anyone was wondering)1. PriceThis is a major part of the product selling market. The lower the price, the more you will sell (to a limit, when people think that there must be something wrong with them as you are obviously trying to get rid of them) If your prices are lower than your competition s then people will buy your Guitars2. ProductIf your Guitars are of a good quality, then people will see them, think that they look like they are good quality and buy them. Again, if your products are of a better quality than the competition s then people will buy yours rather than their s.3. PlaceWhere you sell your products from is also important. If you sell your products in a proper music shop then people would be more inclined to buy them than in say, your local Tescos.4. PromotionHow you advertise your product is important. If you advertise your guitars through posters or adverts in the local papers then you will get many more sold than not advertising at all.Overall, I think you could sell 30 Guitars a month as long as you follow the four points I have outlined above.Hope this helps

you have to have experience in how much chemical cleans how many square feet and how long it takes you to do it. then you figure in all the perts, like gas there and back, chemicals, soaps, solvents, cleaners, window squeegees and windex, towels, rags, sponges, buckets brooms, dust mops and all your costs listed so you know how many 6 foot by 6 foot windows you can clean with one gallon of windex. How many bathroom floors you can clean with a gallon MR Clean all your pricing should be figured by the square foot done, divided into it s cost plus your labor and extra like transportation how many times a week, outside windows and second story windows, scaffold rental, floor scrubbing machines, pads and vacuums and bags trash cans on rollers etc etc etc.

Business Plan question about employees.? -

I would like to know from business planners, is it better to not have employees or do banks/grants look more for businesses that are going to hire in the future? In our business, (my wife and I) are the only ones doing it and that s all we need, will this go against us because we re not needing to hire future individuals? Are they looking for businesses that will create more employment or can we do this ourselves without being punished for that?Thanks in advance for any help.

And this has nothing to do with your loan applicationl.When you apply for any business loan from any bank, they just require you to submit the following: Business permits, mayors, bank account statement, your number of years in the business, collateral in some cases. More likely, they are looking on your capacity to payback the bank on any amount of loan you are acquiring from them. But there are also these so called executive loans, wherein there is no need of collateral. And definitely, they need your IDs, Residence Certificates.

NOT having to hire+pay employees is a benefit. The banks will look at you and your wife as the only workers as your business being stable versus being unstable by having to spend money on employees.Don t worry about the issue your asking us... employees or not, the banks look at other things to see if you can pay back the loan.Good luck.

I wouldn t think so, as long as you and your wife can realistically meet your financial goals set out in your plan. If anything it is one less expense. I m sure they see that as you expand and grow you could have to hire outside help.
